35 years ago we all went to a football match, full of hope, on the sunniest of days.
97 men, women and children never returned. They're not just a number, they had lives and dreams, families that love them now and always.
Us, the survivors returned, our lives changed forever, we lost the person that left home on that sunny morning.
Today we remember the 97 and those we have lost along the way.
Thinking about the families of those unlawfully killed and sending strength and love to everyone who survived and witnessed what happened including @LFC and @NFFC supporters

Reminder that "Always the Victims" IS about Hillsborough, and it causes upset and anger to not just Liverpool fans, but plenty of #NFFC fans too.
Singing it can also get you nicked and prosecuted.

Nottingham Forest trace their roots back to the Forest Recreation Ground, in the north of the city. They even played a FA Cup tie here in 1878. The site is still in use today. Read about this remarkable sporting venue in issue 116 of Groundtastic.

Message to @TheSun - the “ill fan” has passed away. On behalf of Iain’s family and friends, my fellow @OfficialBWFC supporters, and football generally, I would request issue of a formal apology for this insensitive, provocative and sensationalist headline. RIP Iain 💔

A shared cricket and football ground for decades, cricket left Bramall Lane in 1973 after which Sheffield United built a new stand on what was the cricket square. The former pavilion was left marooned behind it until being demolished in 1981.
