Well my 2:00 pm job interview went well (I believe). One of the ladies that is part of the hiring process knew/knows me. They said they will get back to me within 2 weeks.

My name is William Banks, and I am Thomas's son.
It is with a heavy heart that I share that yesterday, my father was involved in a serious car accident. He is currently hospitalized and in stable condition, though he has sustained severe, life-threatening injuries.
At this time, I can only ask that you keep my father in your thoughts and prayers as he faces what will undoubtedly be a difficult road ahead. I also ask that you keep my mother and brother in your prayers as our family navigates this incredibly difficult time, both emotionally and financially.
My father has touched many lives, and I know how much he means to so many of you. Your friendship, prayers, and support mean more to our family than I can adequately express.
Thank you all, from the bottom of my heart.

‘Time Stand Still’
~ Rush
“Time stand still
I'm not looking back, but I want to look around me now
Time stand still
See more of the people and the places that surround me now
Time stand still…”

This young man handled this perfectly. In this case, obviously the officer was mistaken about him being on his phone. However, the young man didn't argue & was respectful & if he had gotten a ticket could have taken the video to court. Perfect!👮♂️

Growing up, it was "yes sir" and "no ma'am" to every adult. Not just my parents. The neighbor, the guy at the hardware store, my friend's mom.
Forget it once and you heard about it before you got home.
Somewhere along the way we stopped teaching it.
Were you raised saying "yes sir" and "no ma'am"?
