Today’s normally my rest day
As I work 2 days, 2 nights when I’m finished nights I’m normally whacked
But now, I’ve got my walking pad so decided to smash the steps in
Originally planned 30 mins, but was feeling alright so ended up doing around 60 mins walking / jogging and those 10k steps
With the odd body weight exercise every 5 mins
10k steps is the goal, with this shit weather the pad is making it easy
