You have to be always drunk. That's all there is to it; it's the only way. So as not to feel the horrible burden of time that breaks your back and bends you to the earth, you have to be continually drunk. But on what? Wine, poetry or virtue, as you wish. But be drunk Baudelaire

I wish these biespecifics would be tested in Angioimmunoblastic T-cell lymphomas...
PD(L)1-VEGF bispecifics are already beating PD1 inhibition alone in trials, so what's next? This trial (BioNTech, DualityBio, BMS) adds a new B7-H3 ADC to a PDL1-VEGF bispecific, with potential synergy: 1) VEGF blockade: normalizes tumor vasculature, improves ADC delivery and T cell infiltration. 2) B7-H3 ADC: kills cancer cells, triggers immunogenic inflammation. 3) PDL1 blockade: releases immune suppression, allows T cells to exploit immune response induced by ADC. Confirmed ORR up to 71% -- in immune-cold platinum-resistant ovarian cancer. The broader, ongoing phase 2 includes colorectal cancer, pancreatic cancer and other tumor types.

On the 3rd anniversary of October 7, it’s important to remember the full hideous horror of what Hamas did that day to the Israeli people - and to condemn it, unequivocally. Those who still refuse to condemn it are complicit in supporting terrorism.

Yes, but lets not forget that the RR scenario is in constant improvement. Might take years for an OS benefit. I think if the difference in PFS remains in longer follow ups, we have a winner!
Replying to @tobyeyre82
HR 0.49 certainly has my attention. But before we "CHOP" R-CHOP from the frontline, I want to know we’re actually curing more patients. Frontline DLBCL is curative. My bar for adding a bispecific to R-CHOP is higher than improving PFS alone. Show me the curves. Show me the toxicity. Show me the OS. PFS gets my attention. OS changes my practice.

Ok, looks like Epco-R-CHOP is ready for primetime. HR 0.49 is impressive, and will probably be the new SoC. What we eagerly wait: 1. Toxicity data 2. How Glofi-Pola-R-CHP will perform in the ph3 trial 3. Molecular data Exciting times ahead!

This should be pushed far and wide. Watched in every college class in the U.S. Thank you @billmaher The moral confusion is gross. "It is not a genocide, it is a counterattack in a war...Gaza equals genocide is a lie, an easily provable lie (as I have argued from first hand observations in Gaza). The fact that so many democrats go along with it is to me the party's worse moment since they undid reconstruction after the civil war...words have meaning...genocide, kill or try to kill an entire people, you can't just change the definition of genocide to mean counterattack in a war where people including civilians die, that's every war..."

If Anthracycline is Key, why should we celebrate a regimen that has lower dosis of Doxo compared to the ABVD backbone? Let the war begins...
New paper alert 👀 thank you to @Haematologica for publishing our analysis of ~30,000 UK classic Hodgkin lymphoma patients, with a focus on the ever-interesting older population. NB: anthracycline is key! haematologica.org/article/vi… @DavidJCutter @graham74GC

This might be the most non-sense idea I have ever read. Whats next? Abandon talking to patients?

We only transplant what we dont know how to treat. 🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔

In his opinion, HD Mtx remains SoC in testicular lymphoma. I agree 100%. Let the fight begin!
I had the opportunity to share a session on DLBCL with Dr. Vitolo. A true honor. And I had the opportunity to ask him about CNS prophylaxis in testicular lymphoma!

2y-PFS of 80% in a ph2 will probably be a little bit less in the ph3. Will it be practice changing? Im still trying to digest all data. Fixed-duration epcoritamab plus R-CHOP in newly diagnosed LBCL with IPI score 3-5: results from the EPCORE NHL-2 trial ashpublications.org/blood/ar…
