Our CEO Ben Beadle is currently giving evidence to @CommonsLUHC on #rentalreform.
Ben tells the select committee: "We want to see more robust Section 8 grounds" adding "We need to make sure that whatever replaces Section 21 attracts the confidence of landlords".

While giving evidence, @beadleben tells the @CommonsLUHC that the proposals outlined in the Government's Fairer Renting White Paper around periodic tenancies "don't work" for student tenancies.

.@BeadleBen tells the select committee this afternoon: "The fundamental issue we are having in our sector is that landlords are exiting the sector. 260,000 properties have let the PRS in the last five years".
