New Year, new hope with @NatWestBusiness but dashed again. Asking for the same information that they have received numerous times before, and have even confirmed in writing that they have received!
9/12/19 - text from @NatWestBusiness that our mandate to change signatures has been approved. 11/12/19 - letter to say the mandate cannot be competed as signatures on the form were not clear. Very confused now! @NatWest_Help Help!
Forms to change the signatories on our accounts with @NatWestBusiness were sent on Monday 11th November. Processing time advised by @Natwest as 7-10 working days. 19 working days later we are still waiting...
Tuesday 5th November. Gates open 5.30pm. Music from 6.15pm. Bonfire lit 6.30pm. Fireworks 7pm. Entry by donation.
Dear @NatWestBusiness, We emailed the mandates team as per your request and were told to wait 5-7 days for a reply. It is now day 8 and we have heard nothing. Please can you let us know what is happening.

"Oliver Carpenter, Chris Lomas and Phil Bond – aka Mumbo-Jumbo – deliver eclectic, acoustic close harmony, multi instrumental piano led music, intimate and entertaining interaction with audiences and bring the fun back into live performance."
Been trying to change the signatories on our hall bank account for 11 months with @NatWest_Help. You are now putting our thriving village hall in Monmouthshire @DavidTCDavies at risk. How much longer until you sort this out?
Date for your diary - Mumbo Jumbo playing at the Hood Memorial Hall, Devauden on Friday 11th October
