As 2 pensioners if only we’d known @SIXT car hire for 2x67 mls in 48hrs to see our son in May was our worst decision ever. SIXT took 2x cost for errors-✈️home 31/5, 🚗return 1/6?!Upgrade&unlimited mls for 2x1hr driving?! All we ask is truth/refund, no fake“goodwill gesture”£80.17

Incompetent isn’t the word for @SixtUKs accidental ‘admin errors’. Well rehearsed & repeated fake platitudes & goodwill gestures’ fools nobody. ‘Mistakes’ make companies £££ in the knowledge most victims won’t challenge.

It’s costing our health&our dignity let alone anything else having prove we slept in our own bed on 31/5 because @SIXT won’t believe the copies of your own email & paper receipt showing we returned the damn car at 18:40 before the flight we listed on booking.

@SIXT if we weren’t already confused, what came the next morning was beyond baffling? Every time we ask those questions we get a different version of a generic fake “goodwill gesture”. @SIXT you took full payment, so at least properly evidence and explain it? It gets even worse.
