2. Things. 1. Overhead wires are in stevenage and not on our line. 2. The driver has come on an said it’s a “minor incident” on our train so nothing on overhead wires and no proper updates and we are stuck in sidelines wondering when we will move. @BBCTomEdwards

Important thread. I'm hugely disappointed that @TLRailUK have not acknowledged the needs of Harpenden commuters and have refused to act to improve the services to the level that the town clearly needs. This is unacceptable.
.@TLRailUK decision to continue to refuse to balance its service is disingenuous and demonstrates their dishonour. 1/ their claim they are not removing services is based on the fact that they have ALREADY slashed key HPD services by a third. 2/ TL own passenger survey... (1/5)
