BREAKING: Defeated Brazilian presidential candidate Flavio Bolsonaro steps off a private jet in Miami after President Trump approved his entry into the United States despite a court order banning him from leaving his home country.
Bolsonaro reportedly used an Italian passport to cross into Argentina with his family before boarding a private plane that stopped in Ecuador on its way to Florida.

Such a biased CBC headline. "EU dropping"? It sounds so passive. A more accurate headline would be something like "EU will not grant" or "refuses" or "shuts down talk of." Using "dropping" makes it sound amicable, but the story is something Carney wanted being actively denied.
