Science Dream Team did PL on our annotation & summarizing strats in our dept meeting. I wanted to replicate how our Ss feel, so, instead of giving them THEIR content, I gave them MINE. Physics can feel like another language, & that’s how our Ss feel when they get bio, chem & ES.
We officially have a college student. I’m so proud of Alex and super excited for this new adventure. Move in day went smoothly and I only cried saying goodbye. I told him “remember who you are and whose you are”. He’s going to do great things!!
Feeling incredibly lucky to chaperone this unforgettable trip to Paris 🇫🇷, London 🏴 and Edinburgh 🏴 with our amazing HSHS students. Even more special to be able to share it with my family. Huge thanks to @HshsSherwood for asking me to chaperone on this most amazing trip.
To say I am proud, would be an understatement. He might not have been in a bunch of honor societies or have straight As, but this kid has grown into a kind, compassionate and empathetic young man. Go conquer the world baby bear. ❤️

I didn’t get a ton of pics but HSHS was filled with red for National Wear Red Day for ❤️ Health.There were red t-shirts, sneakers & even beanies. Even a red dress tattoo. I hope everyone has a place where they feel as loved & supported as I do at HSHS #WearRedDay
