As I say, I’ve tried multiple times and haven’t been able to get through on chat or phone. Is there an email? Otherwise this will never be resolved

I actually asked for this to happen last year when I did my return when discussing with an advisor. As I was still receiving emails this year, I went through the portal online and filled out the Stopping self-employment declaration/form and submitted online.

@HMRCcustomers I have informed HMRC multiple times I am no longer self employed but have still been fined for not doing it. I have tried to get in touch multiple times over phone and webchat but can never get through to anyone. What am I supposed to do here?

I have been trying this for the weeks since and it tells me every time that no one is available so there is effectively no way for me to talk to anyone as I can't send an email or anything instead...
