For organisations: let’s care for our customers’ trust together. When someone receives a call in your company’s name, they need a clear way to check the contact. HUMAS ID helps through a connection with the organisation: an employee responds in its workspace, the individual checks a code and decides whether to continue the conversation. How to get started: 1. Apply free of charge. Once your organisation has been reviewed and approved, your 30-day free trial begins. 2. Choose Start, Team, Scale or “In your system”. After the trial, hosted plans are available under a 12-month agreement. 3. Considering “In your system”? Start with 30 days on our European server and apply to have the module installed in your own infrastructure. Your server can be located in your chosen country; architecture, implementation and support are agreed individually. HUMAS ID is free for individual participants. HUMAS System participants can also create a separate HUMAS ID account. The HUMAS ID mobile app is designed for individual participants. Organisations use the web workspace. Mobile app connectivity for a separately installed module is agreed as part of implementation. The way we verify callers is changing. Someone calls claiming to represent your bank, the police, the tax authority or an intelligence service. You can now request confirmation of who is contacting you. HUMAS ID lets you start a check during a call with an employee of a connected organisation: 1. Open HUMAS ID and select the organisation. 2. The employee responds through its account and tells you a code first. 3. Enter the code in your account, check the result and decide whether to continue the conversation. Pause. Verify. Then Act. An unexpected call. A familiar name on the screen. “I’m calling from your bank” — or a public agency. The urgency may sound real. But a voice and a caller ID are not proof. You do not have to decide during that call. Hang up. Open the organization’s official app or call a number you found independently. Do not share one-time codes, move money, or approve a transaction under pressure. HUMAS System is building a broader confirmation layer — not just for transactions. It includes requests to confirm identity, sign-ins, documents, and other important actions. A request is tied to a specific participant, who can review it and decide; the decision has a separate verification result. This does not automatically verify an unconnected caller.
