After tonight's game, the only player on the Habs current roster without a goal is...
Noah Dobson
And you know that's about to change soon
9 straight games without a regulation loss.
We missed Suzuki for 6 of those.
This team has reinforcements still coming.
Let's GO #gohabsgo
I don't really understand how last game finishes the way it did, then you come out at home and open up so sleepy...
Win or lose, everyone not named Jacob Fowler needs to have a good hard look at themselves after this one.
Wow
Josh Anderson has already hit HALF of his goal total from last season
He has 7 goals in 15 games so far
He had 14 in 72 games last year
#GoHabsGo
List of things to be excited about
- 4-0-0 road trip with a +9 differential
- Dobes back on track while Fowler is elite
- Ivan Demidov should be back within a week
- The team did this while having a depleted roster
Let's get it #GoHabsGo
The #GoHabsGo go 4-0-0 on this road trip
All WITHOUT Nick Suzuki (and Ivan Demidov, and Matheson for some)
This team has something
A bit surprised that Xhekaj is drawing out for Engstrom tonight. This will be his first missed game this season.
Of all goalies in the NHL this year to play more than 5 games Jacob Fowler ranks:
3rd in SV% (0.924)
4th in GAA (1.79)
T3 in Shutouts (1)
#GoHabsGo
This sums up basically every thought I have about Fowler
1. He's really good
2. He's really calm and players are amazed by that
3. He's always in the right spot

The Habs held control for so much of this game.
Then they shot themselves in the foot a few times.
The good news is the way we lost this game is clearly avoidable, and our talent speaks for itself.
Not an ideal start to the year, but the vision is there.
