Caleb Malhotra has one of the most fascinating statistical profiles in the draft. BCHL (DY-1): 0.59 P/GP OHL (DY): 1.25 P/GP, then 1.73 P/GP in the playoffs I compared his production jump using NHLe to similar Cs taken in the 1st round:

225 skaters drafted in the 1st or 2nd round between 2010-2019 didn't have a meaningful NHL stint (20+ games in one season) before their D+6. 113 never played an NHL game, 208 haven't played 200 NHL games. Of the 17 with 200+ NHL games, most are depth players and tweeners.
