yes we were very happy on embarking on a new collaboration. Sadly not all go exactly to plan, but that just biz. We keep it pushing and do our best to adapt to the environment that is presented to us. Also yes we have people from our team on their board as we are one of the largest shareholders. It's a rather common practice when large size deals are put together.

I. Startup exemption: up to $5M over 4 years, light disclosure, no audit required
II. Fundraising exemption: up to $20M (Tier 1) or $75M (Tier 2) per 12 months, U.S. entities only
III. Safe harbor (Rule 400): once conditions are met, the token is no longer treated as a security
IV. Supporting framework: unified disclosure regime, state-law preemption
The proposal is not yet in effect and may be revised by the SEC after the comment period.๐ฅ
