Honouring a Bond Built on Trust, Loyalty, and Service
Today, as we remember His Excellency, President Muhammadu Buhari, GCFR, one year after his passing, we also reflect on the enduring relationships he built with men of integrity and unwavering commitment to public service.
Among those privileged to earn his confidence was Malam Ya'u Darazo, the respected father of Hon. Arc. @Usman_Yau_78 . Their relationship was founded on years of trust, loyalty, mutual respect, and a shared commitment to serving Nigeria and the people of Darazo.
Through the years, that bond grew beyond official responsibilities into a relationship marked by friendship, confidence, and a common vision for national development. The memories they shared remain a source of pride and inspiration to the people of Darazo.
Today, these photographs serve as more than cherished memories they remind us of a legacy of service, humility, and dedication to the progress of our nation.
As we honour the memory of President Muhammadu Buhari, we pray that Almighty Allah (SWT) forgives his shortcomings, accepts his good deeds, and grants him the highest place in Aljannatul Firdaus. We also pray that Allah continues to preserve and bless Malam Ya'u Darazo with good health, wisdom, and strength as he continues to serve our dear nation.
Some relationships are remembered by photographs; others are remembered by the legacy they leave behind. This was one of trust, service, and an enduring commitment to Nigeria.

The opening of the Usman Ya'u Ganjuwa Unity Cup 2026 filled the pitch with supporters, spectators and well-wishers. Eight teams from different parts of Ganjuwa are taking part. The occasion has been described as the first of its kind in the area. Every picture tells a story.

On Thursday, we officially inaugurated the UYD/APC 2027 Campaign Council for Darazo/Ganjuwa Federal Constituency.
The event featured the swearing-in of the Director General, campaign secretariat, directors, coordinators of the four state constituencies and ward coordinators across both LGAs.
Five operational vehicles were also presented to the Director General and the four constituency coordinators to support the effective coordination of campaign activities across the constituency.
The occasion provided an opportunity to emphasise to all appointees to see their positions as a responsibility that demands integrity, commitment and accountability, while emphasising the importance of unity, discipline and respect for party leadership.
