Tale of the Tape 1145: MEMORY takes #1, SKHY +11.97%. OPTICAL #6 to #2. RACK #1 to #3, VRT +13.03%. 13 of 31 green. QUANTUM #10 to #30, 0/6. SPACE #28, SPCX -2.32%. NVDA -0.17%. SOLAR last, ENPH -15.56%. Fed at 2pm. Tale of the Tape 0820: RACK #1 7/7 (VRT +15.7%), BTC MINERS #2 5/5, MEMORY #3 (SKHY +7.5%), NEOCLOUD #4 12/12, POWER #5. 15 of 31 green. Lagging: SOLAR last (ENPH -19.3%), FINTECH #30 (HOOD -6.7%). NXPI -8.1%. NVDA +0.9%. Fed this afternoon. Morning tape: Vertiv’s beat is a clean positive for data-center cooling. Google stepping up TPU sales into Oracle and OpenAI keeps the AI demand story intact. Meta’s mess reads, as I’ve said all week, as more relentless spend to keep up — not a demand break. Financing is still the soft spot (money as bottleneck), but after that ~40% momentum-index flush vs the S&P, hedge funds are as short as they’ve been in a long time. Those are bounce conditions for themes tied to very strong underlying AI buildout. Memory (SK hynix / DRAM complex) is answering; I’d rather lean durable rack and power for the bounce than chase every name. HOOD soft on crypto revenues but just printed its biggest trading-revenue quarter ever — still exposed to the cutting-edge stuff. Stories are in the stocks, not the index chaos.

Assigned on a cash-secured put (CSP). Not a fail, but now what? How about... Sell the $51 call for $0.40. If the stock bounces back over $51, your shares get called away and you've made $2.40 a share on the whole campaign. That's $1 on the stock, $1 from the put and $0.40 from the call, or $240 on about $4,900 of capital. If it doesn't bounce, you keep the shares and your cost drops to $48.60. The Trap Sell the $47 call because it pays.... Read the rest: optionswithhans.com/post/you…
