How did that go?
On this day 109 years ago today British foreign secretary Arthur Balfour sent a letter to Lord Rothschild, a leading member of the UK's Jewish community, expressing the British government's support for the establishment of a Jewish national homeland in Israel.
It laid the foundation for the eventual end of the British Mandate of Palestine and the establishment of the State of Israel.

too damn right, my wife is a care worker, works her butt off, yet couldn't ever afford to repair her car she was forced to use between clients- then I found out she was getting less than 50p mile I got her to quit and now does same job in one home without all that driving, still paid peanuts but at least we're not subsidising those creeps (bosses not clients) and she gets NO benefits
