The New York Times actually has the nerve to support calls for genocide! If ever there was a time to cancel that publication, it is now. You can read their articles for free anyway using removepaywall.com.

By “free speech”, I simply mean that which matches the law. I am against censorship that goes far beyond the law. If people want less free speech, they will ask government to pass laws to that effect. Therefore, going beyond the law is contrary to the will of the people.

A prayer for believers, church leaders and theogians: Lord protect us from this type of stagnation and irrelevance. Keep us faithful, yet relevant. Help us to be good students of your Word and effective servants of others during this challenging time

C.S.Lewis wisdom for an atomic & COVID-19 age: If we’re going to be hit by an atomic bomb, let it find us doing sensible things: praying, working, reading, not huddled together like frightened sheep thinking about bombs. It may break our bodies but it mustn’t dominate our minds

Too many believers live in a “what if” reality: what if we become more obedient to God. Or more faithful. Or better witnesses... So much better to live in a “we are” reality: “we are obedient to God, we pray; we live out our faith... Let’s live here!
