Agents can now build on @Interchange. Today we launched the @Interchange MCP server and Agent Auth. Your coding agent can read our docs, open accounts, fund them, and place orders in our sandbox. Agent Auth lets you approve the connection in your browser. Agent Keys define what your agent can do: docs only, read only, or read & write. You can revoke a key when you no longer want the agent to have access. Every API action is traceable to the key, the user, and the client. We’ve been running our own agents on the platform since May. Now our clients have a standard way to connect theirs—with clear permissions and a record of what happened.

Another piece of the @Interchange platform is now in place. Interchange Advisers LLC is officially an SEC-registered investment adviser. Today, Interchange brings together: - Interchange Clearing - execution, clearing and custody - Interchange Trust Company - trustee and custody capabilities for tax-advantaged accounts - Interchange Advisers - investment advisory services One financial markets infrastructure platform connecting it all. I'm especially proud of how our team executes. Anyone can build software quickly, especially now with AI coding tools. Building regulated financial infrastructure is far more complicated, requires deep industry experience, ingenuity in problem solving, and creativity to make the product world-class. One more piece of the puzzle in place.

Huge milestone for @Interchange! I'm excited to announce the newest member of the Interchange family: Interchange Trust Company LLC — a Washington state-chartered trust company, with our charter effective July 16, 2026. This gives us the authority to serve as directed trustee and custodian for tax-advantaged account types (IRAs, HSAs, @TrumpAccounts, etc), unlocking an entirely new category of financial products on the Interchange platform. In true Interchange style, we built this from the ground up!

I’m excited to announce our latest product: @interchange Equities. Equities is our US equities execution, clearing and custody platform we built from scratch in just 18 months – obtaining all necessary regulatory approvals in only 14 months. We achieved this in not just what we think is record time, but we did it while staying true to our goal of building the world-class product for this industry. @RobinhoodApp built a self-clearing firm in reportedly 24 months (we believe actually much longer). Ask anyone in the industry and they’ll tell you corresponding clearing is orders of magnitude harder than self-clearing. Proud of the entire @interchange team and thank you to everyone who has supported us.

Excited to officially launch our first live product, @Interchange Treasury. We built Treasury to make cash management programmable and seamless. It’s an API-first, 100% automated money market fund sweep that generates yield on the day of deposit - with same-day liquidity for withdrawals. The sweep balance is also instantly available for equity purchases.

An important milestone achieved by the @Interchange team today - we’ve executed our first live trade! We bought one share of @Coinbase ($COIN), entirely through the proprietary Interchange platform, powered by Interchange Clearing, our @FINRA, @The_DTCC and @NasdaqExchange member broker-dealer. This might not sound like a big deal, but I assure you it is. The amount of work required to get to this point is monumental. Being able to execute a live trade is like the tip of the iceberg, with all the work required to get there below the surface. I’m super proud of what the team has achieved and look forward to the next milestone!

Our goal is simple: build the world-class product our industry has always needed but never had. We will do our best to live up to that promise.
