🚦Traffic Mess in #OrangeCounty.
All but the slow lanes of the NB/SB 405 FWY are closed at Edinger Ave. as police are on scene working a reported jumper.
The call came in shortly after 12:35 PM after reports of “HMA W/ONG SHIRT AND JEANS - APPEARS TO BE ON DRUGS - - CLIMBED THE FENCE AND IS NOW HUGGING POLE - OVER THE SB LANES OF THE 405” according to the CHP call log.
