#Restaurants are so #loud. I have to #shout to the person next to me, and get shouted at back to hear. I am #sensorysensitive. I often end up with #headaches.

ok just checked the study ... In a randomized trial, 167 young adults spent a week using their iPhone before bed with Night Shift on, with it off, or not using the phone at all. Night Shift never beat using the phone normally. Among people who got about 7 hours a night, the only group with better sleep quality was the one that skipped the phone entirely.
