Hey guys! This is Buzz, again. @BuzzPatterson. I’m using my wife’s account because I’m locked out of mine,
This past Saturday, a hacker hit my account and had it locked down. I even have an idea who did it. I’d love to reveal him but I can’t.
All of my attempts to reach out to @X and @Support have been fruitless.
I’ve had my account since 2009. The only other time I was hacked? Just prior to the Mid-Terms in 2020 when I ran for Congress. Coincidence?
I pay @X for all the premium stuff and I’m in the Creator Program. I’ve made 100,000s of friends and contacts on X.
Yet, they can’t protect my account without locking me out?
I want my access back. That you for your attention to this matter. Please help. Please spread the word. My wife’s account doesn’t have the reach. Thank you! 🙏

Never in the history of mankind has a Christian been allowed to walk into Afghanistan, Iran, or any other Muslim country ruled by Sharia law and run for office on Christian values. They would be executed for it.
Yet we allow people who believe in that same system to come here, live here, and run for office to represent us.
That is not tolerance. That is national suicide.
Sad but true. Come on people wake up. Do your research.
This is sad.
I thought the UK had universal healthcare for all. I didn’t know there were age restrictions. Although I did hear on the other end, once you reach a certain age, many necessary procedures are denied.
Unusual post for me, it has taken a lot for me to do this so please be kind 🤍 this is my granddaughter Evie~Mai she is 17 years old, we recently found out she has been suffering with a ketamine addiction, ketamine is a pandemic in the UK currently, it is an evil drug kids as young as 10 years old are currently addicted to this drug 💔 Evie~Mai is now in rehab in Cyprus for at least 2 months, there is no means whatsoever in the UK for under 18s to get rehab, Evie~Mai is 18 on December 3rd, she would not have made it to her 18th birthday if we had left her waiting, fortunately as a family we have managed to fund an awful lot of money to help her for 2 months but feel she will need longer, my daughter is now raising money for other children who are not so fortunate to try and get them help, please help in anyway if you can via the link 🔗 gofund.me/8744d8fbd Evie~Mai spent her 1st day in Cyprus in hospital as she collapsed and was very poorly, she now starts her rehab tomorrow and I’m praying with everything I have she gets better and all the other kids out there get the help they do desperately need 🤍

My granddaughter (age 4) was bit badly by a dog this evening. The dog bit completely through her bicep. It took five of us to get the dog off her. She is being transferred to Nationwide in Columbus. Please pray for her.
Our family has faced so much over the last decade. My daughter was diagnosed with leukemia 10 years ago in November. She died in March of 2022.
In Feb, I found my husband dead after he fell from our roof. Tonight I witnessed this attack and literally put my hand in the dogs mouth to pry it open. While four others pulled the dog off her.
We are in desperate need of need of prayers. My granddaughter’s mom and dad are very financially strapped and this has her father worried how they will survive the cost that will come from this.
Please pray for this family.🙏🩷

Please stop feeding your children ultra processed foods. Healthy children eat real food. It matters what you put into your body. Choose wisely for your children.
My Halloween post about excessive candy consumption triggered a lot of people.
Good. Now let’s talk about something worth getting angry about.
In America:
• 61.9% of children’s daily calories come from ultra-processed foods.
• 21.1% of children and adolescents have obesity. More than 1 in 5.
• 7% have SEVERE obesity.
• One study estimated that 16–21% of adolescents have fatty liver disease.
And people are outraged because I suggested that letting children stuff their faces with unlimited candy isn’t cute?
I stand by every word.
I never said children should never have candy, ice cream, or treats. I specifically criticized EXCESSIVE consumption.
But here’s what so many people missed.
Halloween is simply an exaggerated version of how millions of American children eat EVERY SINGLE DAY.
We’re watching children develop metabolic diseases that used to be associated primarily with middle-aged adults.
And somehow, suggesting that parents should limit candy consumption makes ME the unreasonable one?
Children don’t buy the groceries. They don’t stock the pantry. They don’t decide what gets served for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Adults do.
Children learn by watching us. When parents normalize poor eating habits, it’s hardly surprising that their children adopt them.
One day of excessive candy consumption isn’t responsible for this epidemic.
The problem is that for millions of children, Halloween isn’t much different from the other 364 days of the year.
My daughter will absolutely enjoy candy, ice cream, and other treats as she grows up.
But treats will be treats. They won’t be the foundation of her diet.
So spare me the fake outrage.
We have an entire generation of children growing up with obesity, insulin resistance, and fatty liver disease.
If you’re more offended by a doctor criticizing excessive sugar consumption than by those statistics, perhaps you’re angry at the wrong thing.
Our children deserve better.
And adults need to start taking responsibility.
Meat is an essential nutrient.
In Colorado, researchers gave breastfed babies puréed beef as their very first solid food instead of the iron-fortified cereal on every weaning chart, and the beef babies grew bigger heads.
Nancy Krebs took 88 babies, breastfed and four months old, and split them at random.
From five months, half were spoon-fed puréed beef. Half got the iron-fortified baby cereal American paediatricians had handed out as first food for generations.
The babies took to the beef just as happily as the cereal.
Between seven and twelve months, the heads of the beef babies grew faster. The amount of zinc and protein a baby took in predicted how much its head grew.
Her team kept going. Breastfed babies given more protein from meat grew longer, without putting on extra fat.
Then they took formula-fed babies and gave half of them meat purée and half of them yoghurt, cheese and whey from five months to a year.
The meat babies climbed up the growth charts for length. The dairy babies slipped down them, and got heavier for their height instead.
At two years old, the difference was still there.
The World Health Organization now says babies should have meat, fish or eggs every day from six months if they can.
The jar on the supermarket shelf still says baby rice.
Fascinating facts.
What an interesting read...........
On Jeopardy the other night, the final question asked: “How many steps does the guard take during his walk across the Tomb of the Unknown?”
All three contestants missed it.
Tomb of the Unknown Soldier
1. How many steps does the guard take during his walk across the Tomb and why?
He takes 21 steps — symbolizing the 21-gun salute, the highest military and foreign tribute.
2. How long does he pause before turning to walk back and why?
He waits 21 seconds, again in honor of the same tradition.
3. Why are his gloves damp?
They are lightly moistened to ensure he never loses his grip on his rifle.
4. Does he keep his rifle on the same shoulder, and if not, why?
He always carries it on the shoulder farthest from the Tomb. After each crossing, he performs an about-face and moves it to the outside shoulder.
5. How often are the guards changed?
Every 30 minutes, 24/7, 365 days a year.
6. What are the physical requirements for a Tomb Guard?
Applicants must be between 5'10" and 6'2" and have a waist no larger than 30".
Other expectations of the Guard:
They devote two years to the Tomb, live in the barracks beneath it, and must refrain from drinking alcohol on or off duty for the rest of their lives.
They can never swear in public or dishonor the uniform or the Tomb.
After two years, they earn a wreath pin signifying their service — fewer than 400 are currently worn.
If they violate the code, they must relinquish the pin.
Their shoes have thick soles to protect against extreme temperatures and metal heel plates that create the crisp click when they halt.
Uniforms must have zero wrinkles or lint and are inspected in a full-length mirror.
For the first six months, guards do not speak to anyone and do not watch television.
Their off-duty time is spent studying the 175 notable individuals buried at Arlington National Cemetery, memorizing who they are and where they rest.
Among them: President Taft, Joe E. Lewis, and Audie Murphy, the most decorated WWII soldier.
Every guard spends five hours daily preparing their uniform.
ETERNAL REST GRANT THEM, O LORD, AND LET PERPETUAL LIGHT SHINE UPON THEM.
When Hurricane Isabel approached Washington, D.C. in 2003, Congress shut down for two days. The guards were offered permission to suspend duty due to danger.
They replied: “No way, Sir!”
Drenched and marching through the storm, they insisted that guarding the Tomb is the highest honor, not just a task.
The Tomb has been continuously guarded — day and night — since 1930.
God Bless and Keep Them
I don’t often encourage sharing posts, but I would be honored if this one reached as many people as possible. We should always feel proud of the men and women who serve, wherever they are stationed.

Some claims in this post are inaccurate. The Society of the Honor Guard says the Tomb has been guarded since 1937, the guard changes hourly in winter, sentinels can drink off duty, and there is no lifetime ban on alcohol or swearing.

🚨 BREAKING: A Biden federal judge has ordered the Trump administration to SCRUB its "$5,000 to Americans" video from every government website and social account, just days before the midterms — so Americans are BLASTING IT EVERYWHERE
Judge Jennifer Rochon of SDNY sided with liberals, ruling the ad was likely "propaganda" funded by taxpayers
She also ordered two more ads pulled: "Every Democrat Voted Against No Tax on Tips" and "Cost of Socialism." 🤯

Democrats do not care about Americans. They care about access to money laundering again. They care about dividing us. How can they look in the mirror and vote against children and women? Vote Red to save America.
I watched Trump rally in South Carolina today on TV, and the part that stuck with me was when he went down the list of what Democrats voted against. Not one Democrat in Congress voted for the tax bill that gave us no tax on tips, no tax on overtime and tax relief for seniors on Social Security. Every single one of them said no to keeping more money in the pockets of waitresses, nurses working extra shifts and retirees living on fixed incomes.
He also talked about voter ID, proof of citizenship, securing the border and protecting girls' sports. Most Democrats stood against all of it. These are things the vast majority of Americans agree on, no matter which party they vote for. Asking someone to show who they are before they vote is just common sense. So is making sure only citizens choose our leaders.
With the midterms just days away, people need to remember who fought for them and who fought against them. The votes are on the record, and nobody should let Democrats pretend otherwise now that they want your vote.
Vote RED 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸

Congress was supposed to end changing the clocks.
So why are we still falling back this Sunday?
Here's what happened.
The Sunshine Protection Act would make daylight saving time permanent.
The House passed it 308 to 117 on July 14.
Then it went to the Senate and disappeared into a committee.
It never got a vote.
On Monday, President Trump slammed the Senate for "letting the Daylight Saving Bill die."
His message to them was simple: "TAKE A VOTE!"
Senate Majority Leader John Thune says there's "no clear path forward."
Nineteen states have already passed laws to stay on daylight saving time all year.
They can't do it until Congress acts.
So at 2 a.m. this Sunday, we all set our clocks back again.
Most Americans want it to stop.
The House listened.
The Senate didn't.
Wrong, read the room! Americans want permanent daylight savings time. We want more daylight in the afternoon and evening. Why do you think we have daylight savings time 8 out of 12 months of the year? It’s because we prefer daylight savings time.
