There’s a turtle sitting on someone’s lawn in the middle of a residential development. It seems very lost but I know nothing about turtles. Will it find its way or does it need help?

@NinjaKitchen Called customer service but they told me “you don’t understand what you ordered”. I have an email confirming what I ordered (and what I was charged) and one confirming what I received. I requested a refund 8 days ago but have yet to receive it. Can you please help?
