hello. there is now a discord community instead of the telegram. also, if you want to support my work on Inferno, NootedRed, etc. you can do so via ko-fi.com/chefkiss and get a shiny role within it and other things, too.
FYI, I also got Windows working w/ the same-ish restore/setup steps as Linux and macOS. I'm trying to fit some last things: KVM, WHPX support (i.e. virtualisation on ARM Linux and Windows) and TCG floating point. Note: KVM will need a custom (Linux) kernel

Inferno devlog - iOS 13 in the full system emulation of the iPhone 11 in ChefKiss Inferno; all iOS versions (i.e. iOS 13-27) supported by the iPhone 11 are now working! Will be out by end of month in release codename Gaia.
Here is how it runs virtualised instead of emulated.

iOS 27. The touch screen is not working. Combined with the battery showing 0%... I think they might've fortified their "accessory" authenticity infrastructure.

Tasks #2 and #3 are done. iOS 27 has also restored successfully, but SPTM/TXM are giving me a lot of trouble: Rejects the Cryptex1 TC, rejects the modified DSC, then a spurious crash.
Also ended up working on iOS 13. Pending SEP fix, then likely done.

Sorry, needs to cook for a few more days. Pending:
1. iOS 27 restore dies at the install_splat step
2. iOS 18+ all whine with a popup because of the n104sim workaround, needs PMGR PMP
3. DeviceTree-less device creation (last for the setup simplification)

#3 done, and fixed various small/silly bugs found along the way. Looking into #2 now.

Current state of iOS 27 on the emulator. On-going troubleshooting with my colleague, likely written slightly-wrong AMCC logic.

iOS 27 silently backported SPTM and TXM to older devices. The Apple Platform Security page still says A15 and newer, but it is now on at least A13.
Still a lot of work to do...

ChefKiss Inferno "Gaia" (iPhone 11 emu) will be ready and out soon by end of next week with iOS 14 15 16 17 18 26 27, virtualisation using HVF (on macOS), heavily simplified setup with USB exposed to the host, working Safari (Hardware Scaler), and many bug and performance fixes.
Inferno devlog - USB uplink via RE'd VirtualHere protocol. macOS sees the emulated iPhone 11 as a real USB device.
The dev branch of ChefKiss Inferno now supports virtualisation on Apple Silicon macOS. This means that iOS on its emulated devices runs at native speed. Support for Linux is also planned. PAC is disabled by default as it makes only arm64e binaries run. GXF/SPRR is always disabled
resolved, btw. now I'm going to churn out some much-needed fixes/improvements, like yesterday I fixed the initial press of the buttons being ignored.
