Early B/W experiment using a Canon Rebel XT (still have it) with one of those 18-55MM kit lenses edited exclusively on Irfanview. These girls had SO much life in them and now I don't know where they are. FUCK pedos for the destruction they cause and those that enable them.
Odd time signatures for the win! This will never get old.
Care to chime in, @andybiggs4az ? Some of us are looking for quality leadership at a rather precarious time and your loyalties matter far more now than a blue dress ever did. A grave error was made in relationship to my kids and what happens if/when you take the reigns?
I’m consulting with a lawyer about what’s being said in this deposition, because how I’m interpreting it right now seems like it couldn’t be possible.
I’m reading this, and it feels to me that Kirton McConkie is telling an abuse victim they have no right to know the contents of a conversation between a Bishop and a lawyer, which might include violations of priest/penitent privilege. I need to be honest: I’m sensitive to this topic because my priest/penitent privilege was violated by local leadership, so it may be skewing the way I’m interpreting the text.
I’ll set the record straight once I have a firm grasp of what’s being said here.
Hey @krismayes, this looks like your territory. Got any updates on what's going on here?
🚨BIG SCANDAL IN ARIZONA SCHOOLS
New investigation by 12News reveals MASSIVE GAPS between graduation rates and proficiency rates.
Schools may be INFLATING graduation numbers to ensure more funding.
Low grades means lower graduation rate, which results in lower enrollment and less funding. So schools are potentially giving kids higher grades so they “graduate,” even though they didn’t even pass.
One high school reported a 91% graduation rate but only 34% of kids were proficient in English and 19% in Math!
Arizona schools received about $16 Billion in 2024.
There’s potentially hundreds of millions or billions of dollars of fraud here‼️
The crazy part is how many members will still call this a win.
A federal appeals court has sided with The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and overturned a lower court ruling that left the faith on the hook for a sexual abuse lawsuit settlement. sltrib.com/religion/2026/07/…
Bring us your children! Prep them for the meeting with the bishop behind closed doors as they prepare to make their blood oaths to the "church" right around the time they start procreating!

Yep.
If you’re a Mormon and you don’t know about David Hamblin, Gordon Bowen, David Fuller, Brian David Mitchell, and Bill Carstensen, you have no right to insert yourself into the conversation about abuse coverups in the LDS Church.
Y’all’s confidence far outweighs your intelligence. You’re in over your head. Go back to sleep, or get on board. The truth train is coming with or without you.
What say you, @GovernorHobbs? Are you going to talk to me about my kids I lost to a pedophile under your tenure?
Replying to @katiehobbs
Yes, Dallin, you are very good at disguising the truth. The truth about:
1) Your involvement with Goldbrickers
2) What you did in Chicago
3) The role of Union Pacific interests in your meteoric rise to power and influence
4) The fact you married the daughter of a Lothario
4) Gordon Bowen
I sure hope people have the Holy Ghost so they can see the truth about you and your sexual predator sustaining brethren. God help us all.
Not much else to add other than I can attest from direct experience just how pathetic the @Ch_JesusChrist really is when it comes to sexual abuse. Then spend some time researching Gordon Bowen and you decide if these are men of God and what Moroni 10:3-5 is really about.
I'm glad the Tribune has decided to do these articles. Inside the constraints of being a Salt Lake media organization, I think they're very well done.
If they would dig just one layer deeper, they would see just how awful LDS, Inc. is as it relates to this stuff. They could, for example, look at how annotations were handled in the Gordon Bowen case vs. how annotations were handled in the Wade Christofferson case vs. how annotations are handled when you're not rich and famous, or the brother of a church leader. If I can get sources willing to talk to me about this, then surely the Tribune can as well.
I hope they won't settle for the easy story that makes it look like they care. We've had too much of that for too long. But truly, good on them for poking around the story and at least bringing it to people's attention.

Do you know what has to happen to a man to lose his fear of confronting men with this much power? Bad things. Hard things. Things that strip away all illusions.
Have you asked yourself why I am allowed to repeatedly make claims, month after month, that would get a man sued if what he said wasn’t true, especially at a time when the Mormon prophet is actively looking to make examples of critics in court?
I will say it again:
Gordon Bowen is a sexual predator.
Dallin Oaks knows this, calls Gordon evil, but doesn’t have the backbone to stand up to Gordon and protect his flock.
The reason this doesn’t get addressed is that dozens of church leaders accepted expensive gifts from Gordon, allowed him to find their relatives and friends jobs, ruined the lives and careers of church members on his behalf… and were deceived by him, which is both incredibly embarrassing, and strikes at the heart of their credibility as spiritual leaders.
Men like Russell M. Nelson and Dallin Oaks were willing to bend over and take it in order to join fraternal organizations. Dallin might as well bend over and take it now, too, because he can’t win; he can only hide in ivory towers and pray my platform stays small.
