Are you stuck in the sugar roller coaster? Sugar rewires your brain to crave more and more. The results are unstable blood sugar levels, mood swings, and attention swings (especially if you have ADHD) energy crashes. Want to break the sugar cycle? Work with me on my Break the Sugar Habit Program. Simply Google Claudia Armani Wellness or follow the link below... #wellness #menopause #holistichealth #sugar

Ladies in menopause: #exercise boosts your #libido
A new study links testosterone therapy in postmenopausal women to an 8x higher rate of heart and stroke events. ‼️ Testosterone use in women is booming. Here's what the data show, what they don't, and what I'd do with it. 🧵

this is true. i’m an alcoholic who relapsed this year and all of the things that brought me joy during my 3 years of sobriety i completely lost the passion for because i was so focused on my next drink. i regret falling back into my sickness but i’m working on getting back to my old self.

Food noise. Processed food is only part of the equation. Food noise is caused by years of restriction, diet culture, and confusing dietary and lifestyle information, maladaptive coping mechanisms, and that friction between what you "should do" and what you want to do. It is a much more complex issue...
"food noise" is caused by processed food, not your genetics. you don't need a GLP-1 agonist, you need to fix your diet. eat single ingredient foods and foods with labels your great grandmother would recognize = food for humans.
