The Heart Cells Foundation is celebrating over two decades of research into using stem cells to treat patients suffering from heart failure to improve their lives. This began with one man who was saved by this procedure. ❤️

The HeartCells Foundation is deeply saddened by the passing of Dame Esther Rantzen, our first Ambassador and a longstanding, passionate supporter of our work. Esther believed deeply in our mission to bring hope to people living with heart failure. Her support was also deeply personal, following the loss of her beloved husband, Desmond Wilcox, to heart disease. Our thoughts are with Esther’s family, friends and loved ones at this very sad time. Her legacy of kindness and service will live on in all those whose lives she touched. ❤️
