SUPERANNUATION IS SOON GOING TO COST TAXPAYERS MORE THAN THE PENSION
The latest intergenerational report has been released and its shows the cost of superannuation tax concessions will soon exceed the cost of the pension.
Superannuation tax concessions already cost the budget almost $63 billion, just short of the cost of the pension which is $65 billion.
In other words, Australia's 15 million workers pay $4,000 more in income tax annually to fund superannuation tax concessions.
This only slows down the rate at which a person can save for their house which means they end up taking out bigger mortgages and pay more interest to the bank over their working career.
This is the myth about superannuation - that somehow it's going to get people off the pension. This is clearly not true as the percentage of people who retire with a mortgage has jumped from 10% to 40% since superannuation began.
Yet the percentage of retirees on a full pension has barely decreased in all that time.
Furthermore over half of the superannuation tax concessions go to the upper 20% of income earners.
This means that superannuation is nothing but a transfer of wealth from hard working Australians struggling to make ends meet to the finance industry, unions, banks and wealthy individuals.
People First believes superannuation tax free concessions should be capped at $25,000 per person per annum. Added to our $45,000 tax free threshold this will allow people to earn up to $70,000 a year in active income plus savings and pay no tax.
We will allow people to withdraw their super as they wish so they can buy a house or pay down their loans faster saving them interest costs on their mortgage that aren't tax deductible.
Our public bank will also offer passbooks to school children to teach them how to save.

The Middle East is in serious danger.

The US is reducing embassy staff and moving diplomats and family members out of the Middle East.
War is imminent.
US has also announced that lethal plotting efforts by the Iranians against US citizens have now reached advanced stages in the Middle East.
The IRGC is preparing aggressively to destroy undersea internet cables and critical energy infrastructure during Phase 2.
Internet. Hotels. Oil facilities. Power Plants. Airports.
Everything could be on the verge of collapse.

For Australians who may not know who Tommy Robinson is, he is Britain's most prominent working-class activist, founder of the English Defence League, citizen journalist, author, and documentary filmmaker.
For nearly two decades, he has spearheaded the fight against radical Islamism, exposed state-backed grooming rape gang cover-ups, combated political corruption, and challenged a two-tier judicial establishment determined to silence him.
When Australian TV icon Karl Stefanovic interviewed him on his independent podcast, Nine Network threw a fit and the footage was pulled, prompting Pauline Hanson to step in, reupload the entire interview, and defend him against corporate media censorship.
Now, a London jury at Southwark Crown Court has found Robinson guilty of two counts of criminal harassment causing fear of violence. His crime? Retaliating after Daily Mail reporters published his family's private holiday location during the peak of the UK riots, at a time when his 12-year-old daughter was receiving severe rape threats, the court heard.
Instead of going after the journalists he says put his children in danger, the British state hit him with three prosecutions in 20 months that cost him £400,000 in legal bills.
But tech titan Elon Musk stepped up to fund a good portion of his legal defence, backing Robinson's fight against state lawfare.
If governments protected their citizens from radical Islamism, activists wouldn't have to put everything on the line to defend their own families and everyone else's, let alone go to prison for it.
From weaponised courts to state-backed media propaganda, these corrupt left-wing regimes have turned the system against the public. It is time to clear them out world-wide.

BREAKING: A Congolese serial rapist who raped his own 13 year old daughter has been allowed to stay in Australia because deportation might “hurt his mental health”
This is what “community safety first” looks like under Tony Burke.
Known only as JKWL, the refugee raised two daughters in Brisbane, then committed escalating sexual offences against his eldest once she hit puberty, including raping her in the living room while she did her maths homework.
Court of Appeal records confirm it.
He got eight years for three counts of rape and one of indecent treatment.
JKWL is not an outlier.
The Australian reports he is among 124 rapists, pedophiles, drug lords and other serious criminals allowed to remain under Labor’s Direction 110 since the start of 2026.
Other examples under Burke’s direction:
• A New Zealander (YJJN) who masturbated in front of his six and ten
year old cousins and possessed material involving 1,300 children kept his visa.
Home Affairs prioritised his “psychological interests.”
• Rapist Francois Malho, 130 offences, including attempted rape at knifepoint, stays because deportation might “traumatise his elderly mother” and he doesn’t speak Portuguese.
• Liberian meth importer Sehwhy Nipoe, 15 years for nearly $900k of meth, stays because of “bonds with his children.”
• A South Sudanese baseball bat assaulter who left a victim with catastrophic brain damage.
A Mob ambush stabbing killer. Multibillion dollar heroin dealer and ice kingpin.
All allowed to stay.
More than $250 million Australian taxpayer dollars have already been spent on the NZYQ cohort on top of the $2.5 billion Nauru deal, $70 million a year ongoing.
Tony Burke has completely failed his most sacred duty: keeping Australians safe.
He has put the feelings, the comfort, and the psychiatric interests of monsters ahead of innocent Australian citizens.

Can we stop twisting this into something it isn’t? The man charged with deliberately running down Helen Haines is a longtime environmental activist with a documented history of mental health struggles, isolation, and neurological issues.
His online activity was an environmentalist and later pro-Palestine, not manosphere content, cartoons, or right-wing politics.
This attack has nothing to do with those things. I’m tired of seeing a brutal crime against an MP exploited for unrelated agendas.

FOR THE FIRST TIME, AUSTRALIAN GOVERNMENTS TOOK IN MORE THAN $1 TRILLION IN A YEAR. THEY STILL SPENT MORE THAN THEY COLLECTED.
We keep hearing there isn't enough money. So I went to the Bureau of Statistics' own tables for 2024-25, every level of government: federal, state and council.
The tax. $839.0 billion. That's 30.2% of the whole economy, the highest share since 2007-08. Federal took $675.2 billion, the states $140.7 billion and councils $24.6 billion.
Per person.
The Bureau puts it at $30,633 in tax for every man, woman and child in the country. About $589 a week.
Where it comes from.
Personal income tax $316.2 billion, plus $25.7 billion in Medicare levy. Company tax $143.7 billion. GST $94.8 billion. Stamp duty on homes $34.4 billion. Payroll taxes $41.7 billion. Council rates $25.1 billion. Gambling taxes $10.0 billion.
On top of tax.
Another $183.4 billion from fees and charges, royalties, interest, dividends and other revenue. Total: $1,022.4 billion. The Bureau says it's the first time revenue has passed a trillion dollars.
And they still came up short.
Spending was $1,030.5 billion. Interest costs alone were $47.4 billion, nearly double ten years ago.
Ten years ago the tax take was $463.7 billion. It's up 81%.
Same standard.
That decade covers Coalition and Labor governments in Canberra and both sides in every state. Nobody gets to blame the other lot for this.
In fairness, those are dollar figures, not adjusted for inflation, the population has grown, and part of the tax is paid by companies, not households. Spending grew a little slower than revenue over the decade.
But governments have never taken in more of your money. When they say there isn't enough, the problem isn't how much they collect. It's what they do with it.
Same standard, every side.

I can unequivocally say, as will many former cops who see this post - that The Left Wing Protest Groups were always far more violent and extreme in their protest behavior than any right wing motivated group.

لمن يتساءل عمّا حدث، فمن الواضح لي أن السعوديين ذهبوا إلى طهران حاملين عرضاً يتضمن تنازلات كبيرة للإيرانيين، مقابل التوسط لدى أنصار الله لوقف هجماتهم على السعودية، والحصول على ضمانات بإبقائها خارج نطاق الرد الإيراني في حال أقدمت الولايات المتحدة على قصف منشآت الطاقة الإيرانية.
ولكن إيران لن تقدم شيئاً ملموساً للسعودية إلا إذا تضمن العرض السعودي تنازلات استراتيجية حقيقية، تبدأ بسحب القواعد العسكرية الأمريكية من منطقة الخليج، وتنتهي ببناء تحالف أمني إقليمي تعترف فيه دول الخليج بسيادة إيران الكاملة على مضيق هرمز، وبحقها في نقض أي وجود عسكري أجنبي في الخليج.
باعتقادي، هذا الاجتماع عنوان لمرحلة جديدة في المنطقة، تتلخص باعتراف خليجي واضح بأن إيران أصبحت سيدتهم الجديدة، وأن عليهم التفاهم معها لضمان أمنهم واستمرار دولهم.
ولكن هنا تكمن المعضلة السعودية. فالسعوديون مطالبون بالتعقل والتفاهم مع إيران بما يضمن مصالحهم، بعيداً عن الأمريكيين، بينما هم في الحقيقة لا يمتلكون الاستقلال السياسي والعسكري الذي يسمح لهم باتخاذ مثل هذا القرار بحرية.
ولفهم هذه المعضلة، يكفي العودة إلى تاريخ الهند تحت الاستعمار البريطاني. فقد كانت هناك مئات الإمارات والممالك التي يحكمها الراجات والمهراجات والنواب، مثل حيدر آباد وكشمير. وكانت لهذه الممالك قصورها وحكامها وجيوشها وإداراتها الخاصة، وتبدو وكأنها دول مستقلة، بينما كانت بريطانيا تتحكم في علاقاتها الخارجية وتفرض عليها سيادتها العليا.
والأمر نفسه حدث في مصر بعد الاحتلال البريطاني عام 1882. فقد بقي الخديوي على عرشه، واستمرت الحكومة المصرية في ممارسة مهامها، ولكن القرار الحقيقي في القضايا الكبرى كان بيد البريطانيين.
وهكذا هي طبيعة العلاقة بين دول الخليج والولايات المتحدة. فالاستقلال الشكلي ووجود الحكومات والجيوش والأعلام لا يعني بالضرورة امتلاك السيادة الحقيقية، خصوصاً عندما تكون الدولة عاجزة عن اتخاذ قراراتها الأمنية والعسكرية الكبرى بمعزل عن إرادة القوة الأجنبية التي تعتمد عليها لحمايتها.
وهنا مأزق السعودية تحديداً. فهي تريد التفاهم مع إيران لإنقاذ نفسها من حرب قد تدمر منشآتها النفطية واقتصادها، ولكن هذا التفاهم سيصطدم بالضرورة بالمصالح الأمريكية، لأن ما تريده إيران يتعارض جذرياً مع استمرار الهيمنة العسكرية الأمريكية على الخليج.
السعودية عالقة بين نارين: نار إيرانية قد تحرق منشآتها النفطية إذا استمرت في الارتهان للأمريكيين، ونار أمريكية قد تواجهها إذا قررت الخروج عن إرادة واشنطن والتفاهم مع طهران.
والمشكلة أن السعودية أمضت عقوداً تبني أمنها على الحماية الأمريكية، لتجد نفسها اليوم أمام تحول هذه الحماية إلى السبب الذي يعرض وجودها للخطر.
