From the riot scene in @Hellorainmovie, the Nigerian science fiction short film (@FieryFilm) based on my short story “Hello, Moto”.
I just witnessed a moth diving violently through a candle flame until he died and it felt uncomfortably like a metaphor for a particular phase of my life.
My card reading this week said that structure would be important this week. The Emperor card came up, which is all about structure. And lately when I read for myself, I get the King of Swords, which is all about leadership and pursuing goals to completion.
A lot of of the cards from the wands suite came up, which I read as ambition and expansion...I've found the tarot really useful for my self growth lately. And learning to read the cards has helped to develop my intuition.

But I also found out that a candle flame can keep my four month old entertained and that information is priceless.
Today was an important lesson in balance...being super-multitasking superwoman isn't for me. 😭Tomorrow my I'm resting my ass.
Today's reoccurring lesson: oftentimes forgiving yourself, for multiple things, multiple times, is the way forward to becoming a better person and seeing your dreams come true.
