Es hasta doloroso saber que existe Handyman Saitou y la gente ni lo registra cuando es, muy posiblemente, el mejor isekai de los últimos 10 años (y por encima de los tres grandes isekai).
this is exactly why you never underestimate the old man in anime

🚨 Byron Donalds just said out loud what the media won't print. Nicki Minaj is out stomping for Trump and cheering him and John James, both on track to be the first Black governors of their states. The press stays quiet because they're Republicans. Donalds' reaction: "If myself or John were running as Democrats every news outlet in the country would talk about how historic it is. Because we're conservatives they want to ignore it." He told it straight. Democrats take the Black vote for granted. Loyalty went one way. Results go the other. Policies over parties. Vote red.

🚨 HOLY CRAP! A defiant Flavio Bolsonaro just walked out and declared THE RESULTS ARE INVALID after Lula STOLE it from him — BOLSONARO IS MOVING TO ANUL THE RESULTS. "It is impossible—it is IMPOSSIBLE—to recognize the election results in the context of how these things happened. We are going to use our legal team; we are going to ask for the annulment of these elections!" "I will never know, in a state where the polling stations were not reopened, how many votes I could have received." "A Supreme Court justice, for the first time in history—Lula's former lawyer—issued a unilateral decree at the request of a former law partner of his, and changed the rules of the game in the middle of the game!" "At 5:01 PM, Justice Zanin—who is not part of the Superior Electoral Court—trampling over the specialized electoral court, made a decision extending voting by two hours. This had never happened in the history of Brazil!" Good. This needs to happen. America is with you, FLAVIO! We all saw the last-minute cheat.

Orsted has lived thousands of lives, but he deliberately kept his distance from Perugius for most of them. That isn't an accident. What did Perugius do in past loops that made the Dragon God say 'yeah, let's leave him alone'?

I am crying 😭😭😭💀 So let me get this straight: Kubo basically confirmed that Orihime sacrificing herself to ERASE Yhwach was so ridiculously overpowered that it would have completely broken Yhwach's menacing aura in the weekly manga! She would’ve made the main villain look ridiculous and less imposing on a weekly basis, which is why he scrapped that idea in the manga and decided to reuse it for the anime since most of his readers already knew the ending of the story That just proves how insanely terrifying and powerful her peak reject abilities really are. Put some respect on her name😭😭
Replying to @0ciiha
Kubo : it comes down to two reasons: first, amid the uncertainty of weekly serialization, it would have made death feel cheap; second, it would have diminished Yhwach’s imposing presence.

Macaulay Culkin was worth an estimated $15M to $20M as a child star. But the Home Alone actor says he didn't even have his own BED. He slept on a couch with his brother while his father had a large bed and television. By 15, his parents were fighting in court, his mother was struggling to pay rent, and Culkin had to remove BOTH parents from control of his trust fund. He later revealed he was willing to go to jail rather than be forced to visit his father. Culkin became one of the most famous children in Hollywood after Home Alone in 1990. His father, Kit Culkin, managed his career as Macaulay starred in Home Alone 2, My Girl, The Good Son and Richie Rich. But the boy was exhausted. MACAULAY CULKIN: "I haven't done a full year of school since first grade." He wanted to return to school. According to Culkin, his father kept controlling his decisions, even as the family earned millions from his acting career. In a 2004 interview with Larry King, Culkin recalled sleeping on the couch with his brother while his father enjoyed a much larger bed and television. He believed his father did it to remind him who was in control. When his parents separated in 1995, a bitter custody dispute followed. Legal expenses mounted, and Culkin said his mother was close to losing their home. He didn't even know how much money was in his own bank accounts. Around 80% of his earnings were protected in a trust until he turned 18. His parents had legal control over the remaining portion. Culkin legally removed both parents from the trust and appointed an independent financial manager. He later clarified that he hadn't actually emancipated himself. He had removed his parents' names from the money. The conflict with his father went much deeper. In a 2025 interview, Culkin recalled refusing court-ordered visits with the father he accused of abuse. He told his lawyer he was prepared to challenge the judge. "I double dare him to arrest the most famous kid in the world." Culkin stopped speaking to his father and stayed away for more than 30 years. In 2016, his father told the Daily Mail that he no longer considered Macaulay his son. And in 2025, Culkin revealed that his father had 7 children and 4 grandchildren, none of whom wanted a relationship with him. The boy who made millions for his family grew up, protected his money and walked away from the father who had managed his career.

Alex Rodriguez says his mother, who worked two jobs and sometimes brought home just $65 in tips, refused a $1,000,000 offer from the Seattle Mariners when he was 17 years old and their family was broke, because she believed he was worth more “The story was that the Mariners had offered me a million dollars. My mom, who had two jobs at the time, was a secretary in the morning, serving tables at night, said, ‘Absolutely not. If we don't get $1.5 million, my son is going to college, to the University of Miami, where he's going to play quarterback and shortstop.’ And I was thinking, looking at my mom like, ‘Mom, are you sure? We're broke. This is a lot of money.’” “She was so courageous that at the very end, it came down to a box of bats and two first-class tickets on American Airlines. So in the wee hours, we finally came to an agreement that it would be $1.35 million. It would be a three-year major league contract. I was 17, and the Mariners would buy me major league wood, my Louisville Slugger, while I was playing in the minors. The wood in the major leagues is much better than the one in the minor leagues.” “And then since I was 17, and I was supposed to be going to be a freshman in college, I was like, ‘I'm going all the way to Seattle. My mom, can she get three first-class tickets so that she can come see me three times a year?’ And they said, ‘That's it?’ I said, ‘That's it.’ So we got a deal, and then we started celebrating, and everybody was happy.” “Yeah, I mean, that I took from my mom, honestly. My mother and my sister were more in charge of the negotiation than I was. They were basically not even asking for my opinion. My mom was running point. That's my manager.” “And it was crazy. My mom would get home at 11:30 at night. I would take her pouch away and start counting her tip money. And anytime we had like 65 bucks, it was a great night. And here we are, counting 65 bucks in tips and ones, and my mom's like, ‘Nope, it's $1.5 million or nothing.’ I'm like, ‘Mom, are you nuts?’”
