How can THC be classified under two different drug schedules?
Dr. David B. Allen, MD, exposes a glaring contradiction in federal cannabis policy: cannabis has been classified as Schedule I, while FDA-approved medications containing THC are classified under Schedule III.
If THC has recognized medical uses, why is the cannabis plant treated differently?
