I will be joining this march again tomorrow and as usual I will be walking with Jewish and Muslim friends in a peaceful demonstration appealing for an immediate ceasefire because like so many others I do not want to see more children being bombed & starved.

Testosterone is an important and biologically active hormone for both men and women. It is produced by your ovaries and adrenal glands and declines with age. There are cells that respond to testosterone all our bodies and testosterone works as a neurotransmitter in our brains too. Testosterone in women is a hormone that can be misunderstood, and many women struggle to access testosterone treatment on the NHS.
So, on my podcast this week I am joined by one of the doctors who works with me at Newson Health, Dr Catherine Coward, to talk all about how testosterone can be a valuable addition to HRT for women around the menopause and beyond, and why it’s important we think about it outside of just low libido. So many patients we see in our clinic who use testosterone in addition to HRT find that their mood, energy, concentration and stamina improve as well as their libido. It is very safe when prescribed properly and the risk of side effects is very low.

More than 500 people are reported to have been killed after an Israeli airstrike hit a hospital in Gaza.
Political leaders of all parties – including my own – must call for an urgent ceasefire and an end to the war on Gaza.

War crimes are happening in real time, yet our political leaders lack either the courage or the humanity to hold the Israeli government to account.

I stood up for refugees who are being demonised across Europe.
