You’ve seen the pumps. You’ve seen the rugs.
Have you seen who’s still shipping when nobody’s watching?
Three months inside Robinhood Chain. Overlooked builders, our own fuckups, and the work that never made your feed.
You haven’t seen the whole chain.
Small builders are useful enough to build your ecosystem, but never important enough to get your attention.
Without builders, Robinhood Chain is nothing.
This isn't FUD. We build on Robinhood Chain every day and we want it to win more than anyone. So let's say the quiet part out loud.
This chain earned about $51M in fees in its first quarter. More than Ethereum, by ARK's count.
The builder money we can find in public is $1M Robinhood put into Arbitrum's hackathons. The $100M developer program everyone talks about is still a rumor.
Since mid September:
Daily DEX volume fell from $2.6B to $1.1B.
Trades from 7M a day to 2M.
Token launches from 28,000 a day to 7,000.
Pons fees from $11.4M on its best day to about $300K. Down 97%.
The builders didn't leave. 20 to 40 teams still ship every single day. 257 ships from 162 projects last week. Real releases, real contracts, real code. Hey Research Lab reads every one of them off its source.
And almost nobody sees them. They post their releases to empty timelines. They ship at 3am and wake up to zero replies. They pay for servers, RPC, indexers and audits out of their own pockets, hoping someone notices. Pay peanuts and you get monkeys, and these teams aren't even getting peanuts.
For how long? Until the savings run out? Until another team quietly shuts down? Until the people doing the work accept that nobody was coming to look?
Every time Robinhood talks about this chain, it's Stock Tokens and RWA. We understand, that's yours. But the builders are yours too.
We know you can't promote tokens. We're not asking you to. Promote the builders: their apps, their code, their releases. A directory of what's built here. Grants that go straight to the teams. A spotlight on your own timeline. None of that is investment advice. All of it is discovery.
@vladtenev @johannkerbrat @RobinhoodCrypto make the selection process public. Show us how an unknown team gets considered. Publish who receives support, why they were chosen, and what they deliver. Let the work compete.
@ponsdotfamily most of this chain launched through you. When your market drops, every project on it drops too, shipping or not. Help the teams who keep building on what you launched get seen.
Be as angry at Hey Research Lab as you want. Ignore us, criticize us, make us the ones you blame. We can take it. But at least support the small builders. The ones still here, still shipping, still believing.
We're not writing this to fight anyone. We're writing it because we want Robinhood Chain to make it. Robinhood, Pons, the builders and everyone using what gets built here are on the same side. A better ecosystem only happens if we build it together.
If you build on Robinhood Chain, or you love something built here, quote this post. Share one thing you're proud of on this chain and tag @vladtenev. Let him see who's still here.
We're not going anywhere. We'll keep shipping and keep counting every ship.
Open the door. Let the work speak.
Not every commit is a ship.
A bot committing every 25 minutes: not counted.
27 releases cut in 3 seconds: counts once.
A dependency bump: not counted.
A docs-only week: not counted.
A blog post with no release in it: not counted.
What's left is building. That's what Hey Research Lab counts, and every ship keeps its source.
Proof of Ship is our entry for the @WIFonRH World is Flat hackathon.
Back any Robinhood Chain builder with $WIF, and it only pays out when they ship.
Pick any project with a page on Hey Research Lab and open a bounty for it yourself. Lock some $WIF in it, and anyone can add more.
The builder keeps shipping: releases, deployed contracts, code that changed. Hey Research Lab counts every ship from its public source, using the same rule as every page on the site.
Hit the target and the $WIF goes to the builder, with a small slice burned. Miss the deadline and every backer takes their $WIF back.
Payouts only go to the team's own wallet, the one that claimed its Hey Research Lab page or deployed its verified token.
The escrow has no owner and no admin key, and the source is verified.
We opened a small demo bounty to show it working end to end: 5,000 $WIF for @pfwafun, released at 3 ships. The size is up to whoever opens one, so open the next one for a builder you want to see ship.
App: hey-research-lab.github.io/p…

The World Is Flat Hackathon on Robinhood Chain is underway.
We’re inviting developers to explore what can be built on Robinhood Chain - from consumer apps and games to infrastructure, tools and entirely new experiments.
$10,000 in prizes for builders on Robinhood Chain.
For us, ownership is not only about holding an asset - it is also about having a voice in what gets built next.
Build something new.
Test an idea.
Show us what should exist on Robinhood Chain.
Where you’re born or where you live shouldn’t limit what you get to build.
Talent is everywhere, so opportunity should be too.

There are millions of people around the world who want to invest, build wealth, and own a piece of the global economy.
Many of them are in places where we're only beginning to build.
We've received approval to establish Robinhood in the Middle East from the DIFC, bringing us closer to a world where ownership knows no borders. 🇦🇪

Every Robinhood Chain token market on @pfwafun now shows HEY's builder card, right next to YES and NO. Building status from evidence, the latest ship with its source, and no price signal anywhere on it.
They also put our badge in their footer and HEY in their "Powered by" strip. On our side, Sherwood's two Uniswap v4 hooks are now on HEY, tied to PFWA's page.
Check what shipped, then make your call 🫡
PFWA x Hey Research Lab
New on pfwa.fun: every token market now shows who’s building.
Open any Robinhood Chain token market and @HeyResearch’s builder card sits right next to YES and NO:
→ building status, read from evidence
→ the latest ship, linked to its source
→ meaningful ships over the last 30 days
Token not on HEY yet? Scan it from the market page.

We just rebuilt our GitHub profile from the ground up. If you build on Robinhood Chain, it's worth two minutes of your time 👇

Hey Research Lab is the public record of building on Robinhood Chain. We read the chain, the code and the releases, and answer one question with evidence: who is actually building, and what did they ship? Every claim links to its source. Price is context, never the verdict.
Here's what you'll find on the profile:
Live numbers. Robinhood Chain projects and tokens on record, project pages, teams proven to be building, and every fix we've sent. Refreshed every day.
Fixes we send upstream. When we read a team's code and find a bug we can fix, we open the pull request ourselves: dead explorer links, wrong chain config, block-time maths, stale contract addresses. 145 so far, to 119 repos we don't own, and 17 merged by their teams.
Tools you can use today, free. Check any token, read the weekly builder report, call the public API, embed a live builder card, or show your project's HEY badge.
Built for AI agents. A hosted MCP server, an ERC-8004 agent registered on Robinhood Chain, and a connector in Claude's directory.
Open source. The SDK, MCP server, CLI, token check and the Robinhood Chain registry, all public and MIT licensed.

If you're building on Robinhood Chain and want builder context in your product, the API, the embed and the badge are all free. Read the code, fork it, or send us a fix of your own.

Open any @RobinhoodCrypto token market on pfwa.fun and @HeyResearch's research sits right next to the trade: what the team shipped, when, and the evidence behind it.

@pfwafun now shows HEY's builder card on every Robinhood Chain token market on pfwa.fun. You see who's building right next to the market: building status read from evidence, the latest ship with its source, and never a price signal.
What else came out of it:
- HEY's badge is in PFWA's footer, and it updates itself every time they ship
- HEY is in PFWA's "Powered by" strip
- Sherwood's two Uniswap v4 hooks are listed on HEY's hooks page, tied to PFWA's page
Same rules as everywhere on HEY: "not measured" stays "not measured", and a token a project disowns is never linked to it.

Robinhood Chain is only as strong as the people building on it. Supporting new builders is a top priority for us.
Excited to partner with @arbitrum on cohort two of the mentorship program and see what new teams bring to Demo Day and, hopefully, our ecosystem.
Our mission to back founders continues with the Arbitrum Mentorship Program.
Together with @robinhoodcrypto, we’re opening doors for teams on Arbitrum One and Rohinbood Chain to:
> Connect with investors & ecosystem partners
> Pitch at Demo Day in front of +50 investors

You're watching the wrong 99.93% of Robinhood Chain.
1.6 million tokens. We can prove 1,117 teams are actually building. That's 0.07%, and almost nobody is watching them.
We spent three months tracking all of it. What we found:
→ 300 new tokens a day for every team that ships
→ The 100 busiest tokens trade $109,110 a day. Builders' tokens trade $150
→ 1,661 "ships" in one week, much of it bots. Every honest rule made the number smaller
→ We sent fixes to 114 repos we don't own. 10 merged
The builders are already here. The attention just hasn't caught up.

Gud tek
We now help fix the bugs we find.
Every day, we read the code builders ship on Robinhood Chain. When we find a bug we can fix, we don't just point it out. We write the fix and send it to the team as a pull request, for them to review and merge.
So far: 94 pull requests sent, 6 merged, and 13 teams contacted privately where the fix is best handled quietly.
Not rivals. Neighbours. Building a friendlier Robinhood Chain, together.
Every fix, in the open: heyresearch.xyz/contribution…
