Introducing OpenAI Dots x Heybrain.
Your always-on agents now have persistent, governed memory across sessions, tools, and agents.
One agent can pick up where another left off, with the right company context and permissions already in place.
Powered by Brain & GPT-6.1 Sol.
AI agents are getting into company systems this week.
Decide what your own agents can see before you connect them to company files. HeyBrain lets you set that.
This is the most serious 48 hours in cybersecurity history.

Switching AI tools shouldn’t mean starting over.
Use HeyBrain to bring your memory, context, and permissions with you. Between models, across agents, and as new tools come along.
One knowledge layer across your AI stack.
A company can connect every tool and still lose control of who can see what.
Brain combines shared context with identity-aware permissions and traceable access for people and AI.
That makes the knowledge useful across the team without treating the whole company as one audience.

My next chapter has started.
I’m very excited to share that I have joined @Heybrainio as marketing lead.
Models come and go. Your context should move with you.
@Heybrainio gives people and agents one persistent, governed memory layer across the AI stack.
What do you keep re-explaining to your AI?
Your product, your customers, a project decision, or how the team works?
Which one would you want every new session to know from the start?
MCP doesn’t mean good context.
A working connection doesn’t prove a source is current, approved or available to this user.
Brain brings shared, permission-aware context into the work, giving people and AI a starting point they can inspect.
A new teammate needs company context. Private records still need boundaries.
In Brain, set their role, department and knowledge groups when you add them.
They can build on the team’s knowledge, with access scoped to their work.
The context for your next task is probably already in your company, spread across docs, conversations and tools.
Brain connects that knowledge for people and agents, without rebuilding the same background pack.
So the next task starts with what the team already knows.

An answer is easier to trust when you can see exactly what it’s based on.
Brain returns the sources behind every response, so your team can inspect the underlying context and verify whether it supports the conclusion.
That means fewer black-box answers and a much clearer path from source to decision.
somehow this still isn't being talked about enough
we exposed the system teams use to build 10x faster 👇
This is the same system $1B founders use.
They don’t try to hold the entire company in their head.
They build a system that remembers:
→ how decisions get made
→ how the brand communicates
→ how customers are handled
→ how work gets reviewed
→ what the company has already learned
Then they give that context to every person and AI agent working around them.
This is how one founder starts operating like an entire company.

so you're telling me OpenAI Dots can now…
>remember context across sessions
>share memory between agents
>carry the right company knowledge + permissions
>pick up exactly where another agent left off
>keep working while you're away
all from one shared Brain?!
yeah this is getting kinda insane…
Skills shouldn’t stay trapped in one person’s AI setup.
With Brain, when someone adds a useful skill to the organization, it becomes part of the shared company Brain.
That means the rest of the team can discover it, use it, and build on the same workflow without recreating it from scratch.
One person figures out a better way to work. The whole company benefits from it.

Your agents are confidently wrong.
And the scary part is, the model might be working perfectly.
Give an agent outdated pricing, an old product decision, or incomplete customer context and it can reason flawlessly toward the wrong answer.
That is a context failure.
Brain gives agents access to current, permission-aware company knowledge, with the lineage behind it.
Better models help. Better context is what makes them reliable.
