Requested refund with @Ryanair on 24.03.20 spoke to ‘the robot’ 19.04.20 who says refund ‘should’ be paid by 1st May. Today get this email - well firstly take your voucher and shove it where the sun don’t shine, stop ignoring people, provide a customer service & GIVE ME MY MONEY

2/2 Makes you question whether they are genuine fans or just out to make profit! @LewisCapaldi you are probably too busy to see this but please know I would love to surprise my husband to come to one of your tour dates but as much as a fan of yours we are I can’t justify £398😂

1/2 Makes me so angry & frustrated that people out there are allowed to charge this amount of money for resale tickets to see a concert when it quite openly tells you underneath the face values of each ticket was £20!
