The team put in hard work today. What an unbelievable time at @HighWireCHS If cask strength blends are your thing- put this one on your radar. We were blessed to get input from the experts on this beautiful, heirloom grain, grown by our SC farmers. No shortcuts taken.

Small preview of September. Today starts w/ a @HighWireCHS tasting at Clyde’s. We are dropping a single barrel from the co-op that has a special story. Stop by to see me & grab a bottle. Corn was grown less than 50 miles from the store! It’s always a beautiful day in SC!

Come hang today at Morganelli’s to taste a bottle where the corn was grown less than 30 miles from the store.
This farm only grew in 2020, so barrels like this will be few & far between. Upgrade your spirits game & drink higher quality products. Come see me! @gamecock_doc

Florence, we are here! Two of the best distilleries in the southeast on display this weekend. If you have friends traveling I-95, tell them to make the best pit stop of their life! Across from Buc-ee’s & loaded with great drinks! Cheers, y’all! @krissy__joy today for you! ❤️🤣
It’s time! High Wire (SC) vs Redwood Empire (CA)
South Carolina vs UCLA
With six straight Final Fours and four championship appearances since 2021, this isn’t a run — it’s the standard.
Drink local.

That warm weather will make you want a cocktail, & there is no better choice than this! Drink local & support your local farmers. I encourage you to grab some @HighWireCHS Amaro for your cocktail needs, as it is incredibly versatile. @LBknowsBall @sdh7779 @gamecock_doc

Pappy is just so over rated. @HighWireCHS Wheated Jimmy Red is so much better and immensely more attainable. They need to drop a 10 year.

Busy weekend repping 3 diff brands across the state. Absolutely honored they trust me to do this work. Columbia has an excellent @HighWireCHS barrel pick, where the corn was grown less than 30 miles from the store. In the Upstate Saturday. @LBknowsBall @sdh7779 @AshokC2011
Thank you for the feature and many thanks to Paul for sharing!! And yes, come see us! 🥃❤️🥃❤️

Been a crazy week, but I’m home in Florence working at Micky Finn’s the next 2 days. Come by & taste the BEST distillery in South Carolina, @HighWireCHS
Wow! Many thanks to writer, Pete O’Connell and Men’s Journal for the wonderful write up! ❤️🙏🏼🥃
What happens when bourbon is made with a nearly extinct corn?
@HighWireCHS in Charleston, SC, is using a grain from the past to make its award-winning whiskey. mensjournal.com/drink/high-w…

I'm a homer. Kentucky bourbon 🥃 and rye pretty much has it all, but there are some amazing bottles 🔥 coming from other places. My absolute favorites outside the Commonwealth include:
Maryland - @sagamorespirit
Indiana - @DrinkHardTruth
South Carolina - @HighWireCHS
Tennessee - @JackDaniels_US
Texas - @StillATX

My first experience tasting Jimmy Red bourbon was very positive. Silky. I haven't owned a bottle yet but I'm sure that will change in 2026. Can't wait to try more from @HighWireCHS

And a kill on the @HighWireCHS Wheated. This and my first bottle of Blanton's are the only 2 empties I've ever decided to keep.
Such a wonderful high note to end the year on!! Thank you!🔥🥃🎉
Determining a “best” bourbon is subjective, but I really love how these four creators approached an almost impossible task.
