God, I'm going to get crap for even mentioning things and actually analysing it, instead of just jumping on the band-waggon aren't I.. So ofc, I've been seeing many responses to the VRC announcement on AI. Many people are nit-picking on the 95% part and not really looking at the whole picture x.x Where do you draw the line when it comes to ai? Brainstorming with an assist bot to come up with ideas? Helping organise code? Problem Solving and troubleshooting your world? Fixing your code / optimising your code? Creating the repetitive tasks quickly for you for your map? A lot of these come under the AI-assisted term, and would be 'condemned' by so many people if you just slap a generic -AI- Tag on the world, when a lot of people used the built-in systems before chat GPT and all were even a thing. So VRC is doing good in not just instantly labelling it as AI off the bat, it's not thing to instantly just fix or solve, hence why we all still have the AI debate to this day. Edit: I do have to say I fully agree with the thumbnails can't be generated and I'm glad they are doing the gallery sorta system to give more picture slots. I hate not being able to be able to see a world before I join xD
