The @asph0d37 public playtest will open on Friday, May 15th at approximately 4PM UTC.
It will run for 1 week, and will be free and open to everyone. It will take place on the Sepolia testnet.
There will be an in-game reward for all players who successfully complete the playtest and survive the Festival of Consecration. This reward will follow you to mainnet and to @kamigotchiworld.
There will also be $3333 USDC in incentives available, split between in-game rewards and a content competition. If you want to compete for these rewards, start early!

Tower of Vows - Uptopiagent Ideathon 2026 @Uptopia_xyz @districtxyz
Players are summoned to a parallel world where a 100-floor tower awaits to be conquered. Players take on the role of Master — the one who builds and leads a team of heroes to climb the tower. These heroes are summoned from many different worlds, each carrying their own story. They come here voluntarily, ready to fight and sacrifice because they all have a wish they want fulfilled.
The heroes are AI Agents with their own personalities. At the start of each tower floor, they decide on their own how to fight, how to coordinate teamwork to get through. In the lobby between floors, they also choose how to train and allocate their stats on their own.
As the Master, you can summon more heroes to strengthen your roster, provide budget so heroes can pick the best gear suited for them, buy enhancement potions and supplementary food. During battle, you can occasionally guide heroes with support prompts.

Permadeath and the Hall of Wishes
More about heroes dying. This is real permadeath — no revival, no rollback. Losing a hero means losing all their levels, stats, gear, training time. Everything.
But heroes know this before entering the tower. They came voluntarily because of their wish. And the wish doesn't die with them — it's engraved into the Hall of Wishes. When you conquer floor 100, all wishes in the Hall come true. Heroes know this, so they're willing to sacrifice when needed — that's not a bug, that's lore.
The Hall of Wishes also buffs the entire living team. The more heroes have fallen, the stronger the buff. A dead hero isn't a total loss — they're still contributing to your journey in another way.
So the psychology of playing is different: you don't just regret the lost investment — you want to keep climbing because you owe them a promise.
