Lost 8-3. Tied 3-3 top 7 and gave up 5. Too many errors and not enough timely hitting. Oh well back at it again tomorrow at Patrick Henry 5:00. #teamoverself

Very good 1st scrimmage today vs. Glen Allen. A few things we need to iron out, but I’m very pleased with how we played. Good luck to Glen Allen this year. #teamoverself

Our legendary former head coach Charles "Buddy" Bolding is being inducted into the @LongwoodLancers Hall of Fame this Saturday! Coach Bolding was on with Larry Armes on @929WVHL this morning and you can listen to the 15-minute interview at the link below.

Many ballplayers spend too much time focusing on the “look” vs actually improving, they “look” great, but can’t play! How u “look” IS important these days, but don’t let it consume u to the point where u lose focus on the “result” & most importantly, the “team”!!!

Best thing I saw today at @ABCA1945 convention. How about concentrate more on exit velocity and less on launch angle? @ErikBakich great presentation.
