Coaches: do u know what ur asst coaches r telling ur hitters while their on deck? U must!! If it's not 100% positive, it could b poison!!
Hitters: Hitting is hard enough as it is.. Don't make it harder by stressing over what u can't control. Keep it simple: 'see ball-hit ball'.
Hitters: Stop focusing on avg! Concern urselves w Qual ab's; On base %; & hitting the ball hard to give ur TEAM best chance to win!!
Hitters: U must b ready to hit 0-0 count. Watch for patterns, learn umps zone while on bench & get timing down on deck.Then step in & crush!

Hitters: Stop 'chopping' or swinging down at the ball to try and create backspin - not good. Get barrel behind the ball on plane with pitch!
Hitters: Work, study, visualize, believe, breathe, step in box, attack & crush, help team win, smile - then repeat!
Hitters: Know the pitch counts that are in ur favor; Study the pitcher; Look for patterns; Is he 'tipping' any of his pitches? #BeSmart
