A spectacular mid-October evening at Barrington Golf Club. 80°, brilliant fall colors, and golden hour sunlight on the par-3 16th. 🍁⛳
The only challenge was catching this view between groups of golfers!

October might be the best month for golf course photography in Northeast Ohio. 🍂⛳

Three straight days of gloomy, rainy weather...then Thursday gives us this. ☀️⛳️
Pretty spectacular afternoon at @BarringtonGolf. Huge credit to @MarkFigurella and his grounds team for having the golf course looking this good, especially with a short-handed staff.
Those stripes. That sky. 👏

Great few days at Briggs Ranch in San Antonio, TX.
Beautiful course, challenging but fair, and in incredible condition. The zoysia fairways are like hitting off AstroTurf. Another great Dormie Network experience, made even better with good friends.
And that’s José pictured here...one of the resident Longhorns just past the 6th. 🐂

I just realized that the drive from my house to Costco is only "Xanadu" and "Natural Science" away.

A beautiful July Saturday evening at @BarringtonGolf.
Flags surround the course for the @FoldsofHonor event this week.

Saw this in @Costco today.
Of course, I immediately thought of @SouthPark.
Fortunately they do not carry cuttlefish.

Some weeks stay with you forever.
It began with one of the happiest moments of my life watching my son Nick marry Maddie.
A few days later, I headed to Pine Valley with three of my closest friends. JT, Kevin, Jeff and I are all proud RedHawks.
On Friday, JT made the third hole-in-one of his life and his first ever at Pine Valley.
Less than 24 hours later, the same four of us walked back to the iconic 10th tee.
JT hit another beautiful shot to the middle of the green.
I hit a solid 50° wedge from 126 yards.
One hop...
A little check...
Gone.
Back-to-back days.
Same hole.
Same foursome.
Two hole-in-ones.
The golf gave us an incredible story.
Some golf stories are about the shots.
This one is about the people.

The day after our Pine Valley trip, I joked on the 17th tee of the Ohio Open Pro-Am:
"Somebody needs to make a 1 today to keep our streak alive."
Mission...sort of...accomplished.
My playing partner made a birdie on the par-3 17th, and with a stroke in our shamble...it was good for a net 1.
It may require an asterisk, but I'm counting it. 😂
