Tis’ the szn coach for losing coaches and programs dribble dribble, iso ball, everybody get theirs, no passing, everyone gets to shoot, no good PG play, no sets for shooters, play 13 guys, yup, more losses….🧘🏿‍♂️🧘🏿‍♂️🧘🏿‍♂️

Players aren’t coaches anymore. Players are allowed to not pass to open players, players aren’t coached on shot selection, not taught to drive and kick, and lastly a lot of players dribble the air out of the ball. It’s not good to watch and not helping the players.

Pretty simple isn’t coach, get the ball to your scorers and shooters with great sets, play defense, rebound ,don’t turn it over….🧘🏿‍♂️🧘🏿‍♂️🧘🏿‍♂️

One can not cop pleas with me regarding inefficiency on the basketball floor, to me that’s indicative of bad hoops…

Why do losing coaches allow players to shoot who have no business shooting? It’s not equal opportunity….🧘🏿‍♂️🧘🏿‍♂️🧘🏿‍♂️

Losing coaches with losing programs don’t care they let everyone shoot who have no business shooting …🧘🏿‍♂️🧘🏿‍♂️🧘🏿‍♂️

Don’t let your PG dribble the air out it , pass the ball to your playmakers , shooters. facilitate, do not dribble dribble dribble , turnover, layup the other way, and yep, then a “timeout on the floor” , winning coaches don’t allow this ….🧘🏿‍♂️🧘🏿‍♂️🧘🏿‍♂️

How do you encourage “Unselfish Play?” You talk about it, You encourage it, You correct it when it’s not happening, You praise it when it does happen. Without it, you don’t have much of a chance to be the “best you can be.”

Point Guards Must: 1. Be the leader. 2. Know the playbook. 3. See mismatches. 4. Set the tone defensively.

I co-sign. @ChaseLumpkin1 never complains and always competes. His game is strong on both ends, and he plays at a high level. He’s @AlabamaMBB-bound.

Players: You say you want to be a great shooter, but do you shoot before/after school? Do you shoot before/after practice? How about evenings/weekends? No? But you want to be great? How? Shooting is not an equal opportunity employer. Greatness only happens with deliberate action!

For decades, October 15th marked the official start of college basketball practice, it was a day everyone looked forward to. Some teams celebrated with Midnight Madness, while others kicked things off with early-morning breakfast and practice. If you’ve coached or played it’s a date you’re unlikely to forget. #collegebasketvall

Players who complain about how much they have to work in the off-season are usually the players who also complain about playing time during the season.
