@HPIndia @HPSupport I bought a hp printer from Amazon and after multiple troubleshooting the customer support from hp identified the issue due to an issue with the cartridges that were provided from hp. On asking for a replacement they demand that I have to buy the replacement
@HPIndia @HPSupport this is new levels of cheating and extremely pathetic response. Asking us to pay extra from a mistake from your side. Kindly get a customer service agent to get in touch with me immediately or else this issue will be escalated to the higher authorities
