🚨 MAJOR BREAKING: Premier League confirm an independent Commission has found Manchester City GUILTY OF ALL CHARGES related to serious breaches of the Premier League’s financial rules over a nine-season period, and the majority of charges in relation to its failure to co-operate with the League’s investigation. The club has the right to appeal the independent Commission’s findings and has until Friday 2 October to exercise that right. The Premier League Board’s intention is that the full process (including any appeals and publication of relevant decisions) is concluded as soon as possible. The independent Commission found that between Seasons 2009/10 and 2017/18: - Manchester City arranged ‘sham’ contracts (which misrepresented the true agreement between the parties) with a number of its commercial partners, as well as relying on ‘sham’ agreements with others, to artificially inflate the club’s revenues and reduce its costs - The club filed misstated accounts and concealed the true state of its finances from its auditors and football regulators - Manchester City was significantly in breach of both the Premier League’s and UEFA’s spending limits - During the Premier League’s investigation, Manchester City committed multiple breaches of its duties of co-operation and utmost good faith towards the League (three of the four alleged breaches were upheld)

FUCKING HELL! 14/1 WINNER!!! 🇲🇽🇲🇽🇲🇽 Who else got on Jimenez to score a header from my thread, I've attached it below. Nailed it.
I am expecting a fair few headed goals in Group A at this summer's World Cup. I've fallen in love with this angle and I'm excited to see how it plays out. 🇲🇽 Mexico With hosts Mexico, you've got a side who play with their full-backs high and wide within their 4-3-3 formation. They launch balls into the box whenever given the opportunity. And they're extremely dangerous from set pieces on top of that. They obviously didn't have to qualify for the World Cup, so I looked back at the Gold Cup last year and they scored five of their nine goals from set plays. They put in more crosses than any other side during that tournament with 106. Canada and USA were next best with 88 and 73 respectively. Mexico beat Serbia 5-1 in a friendly last night and their first goal was a header from defender Johan Vasquez. Raul Jimenez as we all know is a handful. For Fulham in the league this season, ignoring penalties, 80% of his goals came from his head. Im taking him at 14/1 to score a header against South Africa in the opening game. 🇨🇿 Czech Republic Shout out to the Czech's who fired in more crosses than every other European nation during qualifying. They averaged a large 26.8 crosses per 90 minutes during their journey. They are another side who play with full backs high and wide that are eager to put the ball into areas where it hurts. I've watched their highlights back and they do this tonnes. And while they do it, they overload the box with as many as six players vying to get on the end of crosses. A mad stat: During qualifying 48% of their goals came from corners or indirect free-kicks. They had to come through the play-offs and three of their four goals came from corners. The likes of Tomas Soucek and Patrik Schick seem like obvious candidates for headed goals. Czech Republic have played two friendlies in the last week v Kosovo and Guatemala, scoring headers in both. 🇰🇷 South Korea South Korea are not as physical as the two previous nations but they can still hurt you with crosses. They were one of the most accurate teams at crossing during the Asian qualifying process. They do enjoy getting the ball into the box. They thrashed Trinidad 5-0 in a friendly on Sunday and the third goal was from a header. In qualifying, there was evidence of Korea zonal marking from corners, leaving players unmarked, and having it cost them. If they give players like R. Jimenez and T. Soucek freedom of the box they could be in trouble. 🇿🇦 South Africa This is the team I'm completely unfamiliar with so I've had to do a lot more digging. One of their best players is Oswin Appollis, a left sided midfielder, who had six goal contributions (Four assists) in five starts during qualifying. He and South Africa's left-back will likely be the ones to create opportunities from headers down that side. They can be dangerous and they were the second-best crossers during African qualifying. They could contribute. But If I were to rank the teams in Group A with the best chance of scoring from headers, I'd side with the other three.

Spurs fans… I’m not able to attend the Brentford game on the 6th of December so I’d like to gift my ticket to a child for Christmas. It’s a wheelchair and carer ticket. If any parents of a child wheelchair user wants it then let me know. The child will need to have a CRN though. I’ve put this on the spurs ability site on Facebook too. COYS 💙
