DeFi collateral is evolving, but market prices don’t tell the whole story. DIA helps lending protocols value yield bearing tokens and vault positions using onchain data, intrinsic value, and market feeds. Better data supports smarter lending decisions $DIA

I witnessed the struggle, the uncertainty, and the decision to keep going when things looked bleak. Being part of this journey has taught me that sometimes, the breakthrough is closer than we think. Proud of how far we’ve come with @helicodexyz. This is only the beginning.
Last year, around October I was very broke running Helicode, so I thought I could get a job to pay the bills. I cold emailed 200+ companies and landed 4 interviews but I never got the job. There was one where I passed every interview stage and still didn't get the job. I thought it was the end of everything. There was no way to pay the bills and keep the company running. So I left everything and just focused on Helicode. In January 2026, we landed a deal at Helicode that gave us a 3 month runway. You always have to keep going and never settle.

A $2B Tokenized Asset Is Not Necessarily a $2B Market Tokenized electricity and soybean oil illustrate a major challenge in real world asset tokenization. An issuer might report billions of dollars in represented value, yet the token might have very few holders, little trading activity, or no active market. Represented value alone does not establish liquidity. Investors need to know what backs the token, how its value is calculated, whether its reserves are independently verified, and whether the token provides an enforceable claim on the underlying asset. Without these foundations, large numbers offer little evidence of a functioning market. DIA works on the infrastructure behind these questions. Its commodity price feeds provide reference prices, while its proof of reserves approach compares independently sourced custodian balances against token supply recorded onchain. The goal is to make critical information independently checkable. Real world assets need more than token issuance. They need the infrastructure to support confidence and market participation. ethereum:0x84ca8bc7997272c7cfb4d0cd3d55cd942b3c9419

Tokenized Commodities Need More Than a Token Tokenized commodities grew from about $1.2B in early 2025 to $5.5B by the end of Q1 2026. Yet gold accounts for nearly 90% of that growth. Why are silver, copper, platinum, and palladium lagging? The problem isn’t simply demand. These metals have established physical markets and real economic use cases. The missing pieces are verifiable reserves, reliable reference prices, and sufficient liquidity. A commodity token needs to prove what backs it and provide a credible way to value it. @DIAdata_org addresses both sides with commodity price feeds and onchain proof of reserves infrastructure. The next major commodity token needs more than a compelling narrative. It needs verifiable backing and dependable pricing. Read more about DIA’s approach to tokenized commodities. diadata.org/blog/post/tokeni…

DeFi risk management goes beyond knowing how much a protocol holds. You need to understand what its assets are worth, how they behave under stress, and how their value changes when markets turn. @DIAdata_org provides market data and fundamental valuation to support smarter onchain decisions. Watch the conversation with Nicolo Lavaroni from Block Analitica: youtu.be/IGBa80lietM
Do you know how Sky has one of the best and most advanced risk frameworks in DeFi? Sky holds allocators to one of the toughest risk standards in DeFi. Before they deploy, they post their own capital against the risk. That capital is segregated and absorbs any loss first. Nicolo Lavaroni of @BlockAnalitica breaks down how it works on Beyond Yield

Why does fundamental valuation matter? Not every asset has a liquid market. A tokenized Treasury might represent government securities but have almost no secondary trading. A fund token might represent a portfolio whose NAV is calculated from its underlying holdings. A liquid staking token might derive its value from the amount of ETH redeemable through its protocol. In these cases, looking at the last trade alone tells an incomplete story. @DIAdata_org Value looks underneath the token.
Market oracles price what trades. Institutional DeFi doesn’t. The value of tokenized treasuries, fund NAVs, and yield tokens lies in smart contracts and reserves, not thin order books. Introducing DIA Value: Intrinsic valuation oracle for institutional DeFi.

DeFi lending is moving beyond simple collateral assets. Protocols are exploring yield bearing tokens, structured vault positions, and assets whose value depends on underlying holdings or smart contract mechanics. This creates a new challenge. A market price alone is not always enough to explain what these assets are worth. @DIAdata_org brings market pricing and fundamental valuation together, supporting approaches such as contract exchange rate feeds and NAV based valuation. The aim is to give developers tools for pricing assets according to their underlying design. More collateral creates more opportunities for DeFi. Better valuation helps protocols approach those opportunities with a clearer view of risk. That is the role DIA is working to support. diadata.org/use-cases/vaults…

An RWA doesn't have one price, it has a pricing method, and the method decides what happens to your collateral when something breaks. Four are live in DeFi right now: > Market-traded: stocks, ETFs, FX, priced off venues that have trading hours
> Computed: priced off reserves or a contract exchange rate, like Vetro's VUSD and sVUSD
> Published NAV: fund reporting on-chain, like the DIA and PennyWorks collaboration
> Fixed-rate, issuer-controlled: the model Resolv ran on, which left lending markets with bad debt Before accepting an RWA as collateral, ask who can change the number and what happens to open positions when it goes stale. Explore DIA's RWA feeds at diadata.org. Which of the four is your collateral running on?

Stablecoins are becoming useful across payments, trading, lending, and tokenized assets. As these applications grow, the infrastructure supporting them needs to do more than report market prices. Protocols need access to market activity, reserve information, collateral valuations, and the mechanisms governing how tokens maintain their value. @DIAdata_org brings these data needs together through market feeds, fundamental valuation infrastructure, and oracle delivery across multiple blockchains. For assets with liquid markets, market data provides an important reference. For assets with limited trading or value determined by underlying mechanics, fundamental data offers another approach. Neither method removes every risk. But choosing data that reflects how an asset works is an important step toward stronger onchain finance. Stablecoin adoption needs more than confidence in the token. It needs confidence in the data behind the decisions.

Three assets caught my attention in Quant AI. $BTC, $ETH, and $HYPE. But which one deserves more research? →Bitcoin showed relative strength, gaining around 1% in 24h. →Ethereum hovered near $2,500, where liquidation risks deserve attention. →Hyperliquid was down roughly 3%, with elevated open interest and potential volatility. What I found? $HYPE deserves a closer look because of its trading ecosystem and protocol activity, but token unlocks, regulatory uncertainty, and downside momentum remain important risks. Iʼm not calling a winner. Iʼm deciding what deserves more research. Thatʼs how I use Quant AI: compare the evidence, examine the risks, and make a more informed decision. Want to investigate these assets yourself? Explore @tryquantio through my reflink: [app.tryquant.io/?ref=WZ44X2A…] What would you research first: BTC, ETH, or HYPE? A stablecoin trading at $1 does not automatically mean its backing is worth $1. Market price tells you what people are paying for a token. It does not always tell you whether the assets backing it are sufficient. This distinction matters when a stablecoin relies on USDC, US Treasury bills, or other collateral. If the collateral is mispriced, lending protocols and other smart contracts might make decisions based on an inaccurate picture of risk. @DIAdata_org addresses this challenge through market price feeds and fundamental valuation infrastructure. By combining market data with verifiable information about collateral, reserves, and redemption mechanics, DIA helps protocols assess stablecoin value beyond the trading chart. In stablecoin finance, the peg is only one part of the story. The data behind it matters too. DIA
