Building the future of nuclear starts with investing in people. Urenco is pleased to be participating in the @iaeaorg International Ministerial Conference on Nuclear Power in Incheon, Republic of Korea, where our Vice President, Marketing and Sales, Michael Bryant, is contributing to discussions on empowering the next generation of nuclear professionals. As our industry grows, we need to inspire young people earlier, broaden the routes into nuclear and develop the skills and leadership needed for the future. By doing so, we can create meaningful careers while building the workforce needed to support energy security and a sustainable, lower-carbon future. Michael appeared today on the Empowering People (in-focus) panel. #Urenco #IAEA #NuclearEnergy #Skills #FutureOfNuclear #EnergySecurity #PoweredByNuclear

Nuclear power is an investment that can benefit a country for generations. But financing new projects requires governments, developers, financial institutions, the private sector and long-term customers to work together. Excellent to be in London today for the @FT’s #FTEnergy Summit, where I highlighted how the @IAEAorg is helping countries prepare for nuclear power, and how our recent agreements with financial institutions, including the @WorldBankGroup, are opening new opportunities for investment. Thanks to @WorldNuclear’s Lola Infante, @TerraPower’s Chris Levesque and @FT’s @RachelMillardAS for the insightful conversation.
