'You also have a price to pay' - Kallas warns EU-funded countries of consequences if they quit ICC
“We are supporting ICC, and we want it to be functional. And we are also pushing back against the arguments against the ICC,” Kallas added.
The remarks followed Washington's decision to sanction ICC, which the US argues threatens its sovereignty, while the court rejected the sanctions.

Absolutely shameful. Has Filipino sovereignty sunk so low that Marcos has become a colonial house servant for the European-funded ICC? Are Filipino police now the ICC's Gestapo?

Chris Stephen: "its erratic behaviour has put off member states. Six have withdrawn from the ICC since June, and many don’t pay their annual contributions, leaving the court permanently in arrears."

Chris Stephen: "there are bitter divisions inside its boxy Hague headquarters. Harassment and bullying remain major issues, with internal investigators saying abuse complaints last year nearly doubled"

Chris Stephen: "The ICC is formed by treaty, and extending jurisdiction to other states breaks the principle that a treaty cannot bind non-parties. In effect, the court has declared global jurisdiction"

The ICC, a corrupt and inept NGO masquerading as a court has had a track record of prosecutorial misconduct and evidentiary malpractice, hiding exculpatory evidence, and citing media.
