This is @justinjpearson - one of the city's most notorious racists. He believes that thunderstorms actually targeted black people. For the record, this "majority black, working class city" is completely controlled by a majority of black elected lawmakers - all Democrats. If he's got a problem with the incompetence in city government - he should take it up with "his people." And for the record - many of the power outages are impacting the white suburbs. Mr. Pearson is the Democrat nominee for the Ninth Congressional District. Vote @BrentTaylorTN
