JUCO just got a whole lot more interesting with the 5 years to play 5..
Leaving with 3 years of eligibility instead of 2 while having played 2 seasons makes the JUCO Product even more enticing
Extra year of eligibility and more experience!

Due to unfortunate circumstances I have decided to re open my recruitment. Left handed hitter, middle infielder/corner outfielder open to all opportunities.

If you can’t lift 5-6x per week AND play 3-4 games per week…
You aren’t ready for college baseball.
This is your reality at that level. If that is too much for you, join a frat.

Four year coaches: This is sophomore Jibril Scott. He’s a two-way guy who can pitch & play 1B or OF. He hit in the 3 hole for us this season. Jibril’s a great team guy who can really play.

In our last doubleheader of the season I went 3-5 with my first collegiate home run projected over 400ft, 2 singles, and had a great game playing 1B. Still looking for a home next year 4 year coaches. 301-514-2899.

If I’m a high school hitter in the new “5 to play 5” eligibility era we’re about to enter in to in college baseball, this would be my path…
Find a JUCO where I can PLAY for two years and get hundreds of at bats…and all of my entry level course work done…then…
Transfer to a four year school, and still have THREE full seasons to play, and get my bachelors degree.
In the “5 to play 5” era, going somewhere that you won’t play really doesn’t make sense…unless it’s your dream school.

We have sophomores at PGCC who will help 4 year schools win.
*Darrell Pender-#2 in NJCAA D2 SB’s, hitting .340, and runs everything down in CF
*Jibril Scott-LHP/OF/1B who can swing it and will do anything you ask of him
*Kolten Hogzett-Sweet swinging LHH UTIL who leads us in HR’s
Not the outcome we wanted yesterday in our DH against Cecil CC, but still have 12 games to get back on track. In game 2 I went 1 for 2 with a double and made a couple defensive plays. JUCO soph still looking for a home next fall.
